Good hotel. But not exactly what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Location great, quiet and clean rooms but not fancy, breakfast is noramal and menities are limited: No toothpaste and toothbrush, no shoe polish, no slippers, no iron, no bathrobe, no working chair and no smart air conditioning and heating which made room a bit cold and unpleasant for me.

Excellent location, very convenient to the old town, Aachen Dom and the RWTH are nearby.

and the hotel is new and clean
friendly staff and love the toilet separate with the bath room
the thermal spa is a must go in aachen
