There are fast-food restaurants and regular restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance to RWTH Aachen University and Aachen Cathedral."

"The room was very clean and tidy. Although the European hotel was a bit small, the room was fully functional and clean. Because it was late at night, the hotel staff was off work at night. The hotel sent an email in advance to explain how to get the key and how to enter the room in detail. I checked in smoothly at 11:30 in the evening. The breakfast is also very good, there are many things to eat and taste good. The hotel is near the train station, it is very convenient to travel, and will choose to stay in the future."

"At 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, someone suddenly spoke at the window at three o'clock, especially clear and loud. I thought there was a thief, so I didn't dare to sleep all night. Later, I thought that someone upstairs or downstairs might open the window to talk or smoke, or else it would be the hell. Also, the parking fee is 18 euros, not 9 euros, a day. And the elevator from the underground parking lot to the front desk of the hotel was broken, and the box was too hard."

"The Hotel was very nice. Nice big rooms,great shower,nice staff and decent breakfast. The rooms could really do with a fridge,as they don't have a restaurant and if you bought a salad our sandwiches you had know where to keep them cool. Also, if 2 people staying in a room,more coffee and milk is required. You can ask reception for extra coffee and milk,but be better if they can at least give you 4 coffee instead of 2"

"This place was amazing. The staff are all so friendly. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the rooftop with the stunning views of Aachen as it was raining…will definitely come back next time."

"I stayed here for about three weeks. The location was great, close to the station. The nearest station was at the end of the line, so it was convenient to be able to sit wherever I went. The hotel room was very spacious, and it was cleaned nicely on the first day. However, from the second day onwards, the drains were not cleaned or vacuumed, so if garbage accumulated in the drains, I had to clean it myself. Also, while inquiries were responded to promptly, there were times when towels were not changed or tissue paper was not replenished. Overall, I was satisfied considering the price. Please note that there is no refrigerator or kettle for long-term stays."

"The hotel is in a very good location, next to the cathedral and the commercial street. A family of three (12-year-old child) checked in but no extra bed was provided, so we could only book two rooms. This was incomprehensible. My husband stayed in the room because of his injured foot. We were asked to check out three times before 12 o'clock. The cleaner also ignored the people in the room and started cleaning on his own. It felt like we were being kicked out. I hope they can be more humane in the future."

"Very spacious room with big windows which can be opened wide. Perfect location in the very city center. 15 minutes walk from railway station. No minibar or refrigerator. Highly recommend to visit Monschau, it's like a fairytale village (1 hour bus, the bus station in 7 minutes from hotel)."
