The rooms are warm and elegant, the gym is fully equipped, the swimming pool is clean and clear, and the leisure and entertainment facilities are complete. The location is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the price is very high. I will choose here next time"

"The big bed room is a big bed + a small bed on the upper floor The bedding is very comfortable, the upper bed is dirty, there are macular spots and hairballs. The towels are changed every day, which is better. But one of the towels on the day of check-in smelled and didn't dare to use it. The front desk service is very good. The location is convenient. It is close to the bus terminal. But there are many tramps downstairs, there is a smell, and there are animals such as goose and pigeons. They attract bugs and are dirty."

"It felt like staying in a university dorm room. It had a private bathroom with soap, shampoo, and body wash. The only downside was the lack of a closet; everyone had their belongings on a stool or the floor."

"I stayed here for about three weeks. The location was great, close to the station. The nearest station was at the end of the line, so it was convenient to be able to sit wherever I went. The hotel room was very spacious, and it was cleaned nicely on the first day. However, from the second day onwards, the drains were not cleaned or vacuumed, so if garbage accumulated in the drains, I had to clean it myself. Also, while inquiries were responded to promptly, there were times when towels were not changed or tissue paper was not replenished. Overall, I was satisfied considering the price. Please note that there is no refrigerator or kettle for long-term stays."

"The Hotel was very nice. Nice big rooms,great shower,nice staff and decent breakfast. The rooms could really do with a fridge,as they don't have a restaurant and if you bought a salad our sandwiches you had know where to keep them cool. Also, if 2 people staying in a room,more coffee and milk is required. You can ask reception for extra coffee and milk,but be better if they can at least give you 4 coffee instead of 2"

"The location for us travelling by train was excellent. It was just several minutes walk. For the price it was a good hotel. We enjoyed the breakfasts. I liked that they had coffee and tea out 24/7, you could buy other drinks and that glasses were provided. The reception staff members were very helpful. The only downside was that we got put on the top floor where there was no elevator so we had to take our suitcases up some stairs."

"The breakfast was amazing, the room was very clean, and it's next to the bus station, making it convenient for travel. It's about a 10-minute walk to the cathedral. It's worth staying in. The hotel is safe. There's the Ibis Hotel opposite, and the Mercure Hotel is walking distance from the cathedral."

"Good hotel. But not exactly what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Location great, quiet and clean rooms but not fancy, breakfast is noramal and menities are limited: No toothpaste and toothbrush, no shoe polish, no slippers, no iron, no bathrobe, no working chair and no smart air conditioning and heating which made room a bit cold and unpleasant for me."

"Very spacious room with big windows which can be opened wide. Perfect location in the very city center. 15 minutes walk from railway station. No minibar or refrigerator. Highly recommend to visit Monschau, it's like a fairytale village (1 hour bus, the bus station in 7 minutes from hotel)."
