Since the change we have booked the Hotel Granus twice for 2 nights each. In January we thought that the new staff would have to get used to the new situation and adjust to the guests. Unfortunately it was even worse in April and so disappointing that we will not be visiting again. At breakfast we were served tiny pieces of Camembert, shriveled cucumber and the cheapest packaged supermarket sausage. The lady who was supposed to pour the coffee was not only extremely inattentive and slow, but also unhygienic. She did not take the cups to the machine with the saucers, but only each guest's cup, which she repeatedly touched on the top edge of the cup that had already been drunk. At the coffee machine she ran her hands over her face and through her hair and then brought the full cups to the table, unsteadily (holding them by the edge). They also did not ask if you would like tea. There was no water either, instead a glass of juice was simply put out for each guest, whether you liked it or not. Rooms have been cleaner. I could continue the list endlessly, but that would only make me sadder. This lovingly run hotel no longer exists. What a shame.
