Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! My Mom love that place we enjoyed a lot and security was helpful and respectful!!!! Thank you guys we enjoyed a lot!!!! I would love to come back again maybe next time🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！

This is part of a chain with a more glamorous sister hotel in Dubai. It's a little tired compared to newer 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi but has a pleasant lobby and beach. The pool area definitely needs upgrading in comparison with other hotels in the area. Not many facilities open at lunch time - the Sports Bar was shut so only outdoor options were at the Pool bar which had insufficient staff and seating. Our room on the 7th floor was excellent but no housekeeping! We returned to the room at 5pm to unmade bed and no fresh towels. Not what we expected for 5 star accommodation.

Customer service is friendly but the valet service is very cumbersome. They don’t allow you to park your vehicle by yourselves. The hotel suite is facing seas view. I would suggest the management to consider undergo renovation to make it modern feel. Visited museum while staying in Abu Dubai

It's an older hotel that doesnt live up to Sofitel brand standard anymore. However its still clean and fairlly well maintained. There are few important things that make up for this lower rate. Low water pressure and hot water being just slightly warm. Worn out equipment in the room - e.g. iron that can burn your clothes, a speaker that doesnt connect to your phone. The bed is pretty comfy, although my wife complained its too soft for her. Also the gym - trademills are not really good for more experienced runners.They seem cool but are not practical. Swimming pool water doesnt look clean (thats subjective though). Next time i would rather spend a few hundreds AED more and book a different one. And I'm all club silver member and do stay a lot in hotels around the world so I collected quite experience to be able to compare within Accor network and with other chains such as IHG. To me this Sofitel can be rated lower than some Novotel quality level hotels in Asia and MENA.

Awesome hotel with an amazing view facing the formula circuit! Special thanks to the staff who served our in-room dinning during our 3 nights stay. The in-room dinning food was so yummy that my boy enjoyed so much!

I recently stayed at Hotel Rose and found the experience to be a mixed bag. The staff were undoubtedly pleasant and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their service was one of the highlights of my stay. However, the room left much to be desired. It felt quite old and had a strange smell that was off-putting. It didn’t seem as clean as one would expect from a five-star establishment. The facilities also appeared outdated, lacking the modern touches you'd anticipate at this price point. Overall, while the staff were wonderful, the hotel’s condition doesn’t align with a five-star rating. I hope they consider some much-needed renovations to meet the expectations of their guests.

It was really really really really really good. The staff was so kind and accommodating my special request. It is walking distance to Emirates Palace. They have great facilities

The location of the hotel is very accessible. It looks newly developed as it is very clean and the design looks modern. The best thing I like about this place is the pool; It is very kids friendly though the timings of the pool are really short unlike other hotels in Royal M its 8am till 6pm, check in time is 2pm the schedule of the pool is very tight like you only have 2-3 hours to enjoy it. The hotel room is very spacious but not sound proof because we can hear the TV of the room beside us.

Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. Hotel not allow to use microwave, that the minus point . If u stay in room , cleaner will come in for housekeeping very sudden . They do knock door but they never wait for permission and direct go in .
