The airport pick up and drop off and catering were great. But the Room was Poor. the linen was Damp, the Bathroom was very poor, the AC was very poor, one reception staff was rude and insensitive. Although Customer relations was responsive and tried to address my issues, I was not happy with the quality of service received overall.

MJ Grand hotel staff treated us very well & catered to all our needs. Most importantly, they were very nice people, provided excellent customer service, which is something you don’t get very often in Ghana. Really enjoyed my stay. Will recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to lodge in Accra.

The Hotel has a very nice environment with friendly staff both front and other ancillary staff. The food is nice and nice room set up and good loction as well. I will recommend this facility for anyone requiring hotel accommodation in Accra.

I was happy staying in mjgrand because of their excellent service. The food was delicious, the rooms clean. The staff friendly. In short this was worth while and ineill recommend this place to everyone.

I really enjoyed my stay at MJ Grand. we were there for a workshop and everything was great.from food to service expecially Daisyat the reception. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a conference

Serene atmosphere with very friendly staff. The food is very nice. Staff are promt to respond to requests for assistance and will usually offer to address any additional requirements. The range of complimentary services are truly generous: buffet breakfast, access to the swimming pool and gym. I recommend MJ Grand Hotel for your visit to Accra

I had the best experience visiting this place in September, the customer service was great, friendly staff like Daisy at the front Desk. Clean rooms, cozy ambiance and good food. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone going to East Legon with their family 😊
