Binle Hotel

Sunny helped me a lot when checking in, all the informations are ready on wechat, although limited on english. Got an upgrade on the room that I did not expect too very happy

We enjoyed our stay. The reception was welcoming and so kind especially Sunny!  The metro is just around the corner line 3. There are restaurants and fast food within walking distance. Great noodle place across the road and a 24hr Mcd. The room was amazing. Thank you for making our 10 year anniversary extra special with the swans and rose petals!The room was clean and the bed so comfy. we will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends The ladies at reception were so friendly and polite. Sunny was a superstar! check in and check out was a breeze. There was cold lemonade and tea in reception while getting processed. The room smelled great. The 阿姨 who cleaned our room deserves our thanks too. A big thank you for assigning us the room because we had a two view of the city which made our anniversary extra special. The room was clean, spotless and smelled good. shower has a good flow. Thee bathroom has a view of the city. Great stay!! recommend it

Service:Excellent work by the staff—attentive and friendly. It was a pleasure talking with them. Environment:Great city views, surrounded by plenty of malls. Perfect for leisurely walks and shopping. Facilities: Very modern, exactly as I hoped. Special thanks to the reception for the upgrade—it made for a fabulous night!

Actual proper gym and pool, service was top notch. Everything else is what you would expect from a high end hotel

I had a wonderful experience at Binle and highly recommend. The price is reasonable, the rooms have a decent amount of space and feel open, as well as nice views. The gym has many amenities including a host of lifting equipment sometimes not found in Chinese hotels, a yoga room, cycling room, cardio equipment, and even a boxing ring. The staff were very friendly and proactive in making my stay comfortable. I had a nice conversation with Cathy, the hotel director, who took me aside to learn why I chose the hotel, and who even helped me navigate some traveling in China logistics questions. Other staffers also proactively reached out and asked if I needed any more water bottles in my room, or if they could extend my checkout, having remembered when I told them when my flight leaving Chongqing was. I rated the location a 4, but it's more like a 4.5. it's close to the airport and some nice food areas but a little ways from the city center (20 min or so). Overall, highly recommend. I will be coming back here if I come back to Chongqing.
