For breakfast only option for Omlates stayed 5 days and had 3 different type of Omlates should have been more option. not gona book this hotel again

We only attended the rooftop bar at the hotel which was opposite our hotel and so easy to walk to. The staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable. It was our first night and we tried the shisha, there were also traditional Moroccan dancers and the football on, such a chilled vibe. We went back for a second visit and again it was chilled, we had wine and a shisha, lovely evening, we did have some food on those occasion and the pizza was very basic but edible. They bring popcorn snacks to the table, and are very welcoming. Whilst it is a little shabby it is friendly and the toilet lady was lovely too. We would recommend.

Bad experience Is a very noisy hotel The cleaning staff is horrible and soooooooo noisy You will weak up very early because of them You will not enjoy your holidays We had a very bad experience on this hotel We are very disappointed I do not suggest you to reserve your accommodation here

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleaning staff were noisy early in the morning, which made it hard to rest. Unfortunately, the room was not well-prepared — it was missing basic items like a carpet that are usually expected. Overall, the service felt lazy and inattentive. I do not appreciate the level of accommodation we received and would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

Description of the facilities are not accurate, there was no coffee shop, no snacks, no barbershop, no hot drinks during the day facilities, staff are not helpful at all, I asked for a iron it tripped my electricity in my room the staff found this funny didn’t care, didn’t have another iron in the whole hotel told me to buy my own, my granddaughter had no milk had to give her juice in a bottle I was told one evening in the whole hotel there’s no milk, shops are not near by, staff was not bothered, terrible holiday, never going again
