"The good things first: fantastic location. Affordable compared to hotels next to it. Issues to be resolved: carpets in the hallways are very dated and torn, they need to be replaced. Restaurant staff are a bit on and off. Sometimes they are good sometimes they don't care at all. Needs addressing. Food is sometimes sparse. Could be improved. Opening hours are wired. Why should the slides close from 13:00 to 15:00 which is the warmest hours?"

"Unfortunately the hotel didn't meet my expectations. The staff was friendly, but the room (although spacious) was very old and many things were broken. See pictures. It's a very big hotel and I had a room on the side of the night club (also part of the hotel) where until well after midnight loud music is being played. A hotel and a night club don't go together, you want the guests to have a peaceful stay, right? Breakfast was very basic. No msemmen (Moroccan layer-pancakes), only boiled eggs (no fried) and the cheapest brand jam/marmalade which was not very tasty. I don't know how much they charge for separate breakfast (it was included mine) but if it's more than 3 euro extra, it's not worth it in my opinion. It's only a hotel if you are desperate for a cheap stay, otherwise it's not a nice hotel to spend your well deserved holiday."

"Location is right at the secteur touristique which was great. Had easy access to the beach as well. However, the room was constantly flooded by water from the toilet. We reported this three times already but staff just cleaned and mopped the water, not fixing the actual problem. So we ended up with a water-flooded room for the whole stay and we had to use disposable towels to try and soak the water every now and again."

"The staff were amazing and the hotel was very clean, aesthetic and the garden views are great. It was always a sigh of relief returning to the hotel after a day out in Agadir. The beach near the hotel also was not as busy as other areas on the strip, so definitely a good spot if you want to be away from the crowds. What let’s this hotel down is the average breakfast, wasn’t really 5* and they definitely need to improve on variety of warm breakfast options and it isn’t clear that you can order certain things on a select menu. The hotel restaurants also weren’t great and overpriced for what you get, I wouldn’t recommend. Found it odd that you also had to pay to use the padel court! Usually activities like these are available to access as guests!"
