What a beautiful hotel with stunning views & wonderful Staff. We are in our 60s so it was a little daunting sometimes to walk uphill to our room & restaurant but a buggy was always on hand & Evan only too happy to help. The restaurant Staff led by the Amazing Georgia were wonderful & always ready with a smile. A wide choice was on offer & even when I asked for something I couldn't find it duly arrived to our table. Our room was very clean & our private pool was well maintained. We loved Thea's coffee shop & the barman was very welcoming. The view from there Amazing!!! We visited the beach, it was small but lovely. We had to pay there but that was not a problem. We did not attend many shows in the evening but really enjoyed the entertainment when we did. The TUI blue reps led by Freya,Lilly & Ellie were professional & helpful. Although they totally surprised us when all the team joined in a Wild West Show, they had everyone clapping & smiling. All in all a fantastic holiday. Thank you everyone very much.

Family accommodation was pretty generous, having stayed in these rooms before with two younger teens we hoped we knew what we were getting and the room was fine. Not being able to flush paper down the toilet doesn't contribute to a 4 star hotel either and the smell of sewage around the resort on occassions was noticable. Apart from a wardrobe with limited number of hangers, and some small open shelves there was not a great deal of room to unpack and as we stayed for 2 weeks this was irritating. We had to keep asking for fresh bath towls as well, we were booked in as 4 adults and only supplied with 2 bath towels on arrival! If you don't want to fight for sunbeds then don't stay here mid season. Having to get to the main pool for 7am to reserve beds is not on. There are signs all around the pool stating they don't allow this and towels will be removed but this is not the case. People would reserve 4-6 beds at 7am and not return to the pool until 1030-11am (pool doesn't actually open to use until 10am everyday and closes at 6pm) could do with staying open later and opening earlier as there isn't much else to do of an evening. If you have yound kids of kids club age under 8-10 years there was a lot more for them to do but for teenagers there was nothing, especially after dinner. The hotel doesn't even have an outside main bar. The pool bar at the very top of the resort is open of an evening but there is no atmosphere in the main hotel lobby bar, feels like a premier inn and everyone is playing uno ans there is NOTHING to do once youve eaten. Food is pretty good, staff were always helpful and friendly but after 10 nights you'd sampled everything and nothing was ever really hot. The on tap wine and beer were awful, I would go as far as saying undrinkable....red wine was like vinegar, very disappointing. Elounda is a 9 euro 5 min taxi journey from the hotel, and we ate there a few nights and it was a breath of fresh air, lots of nice restaurants, shops and bars. The beach is also much nicer, you can hie 2 sunbeds all day for 10 euros, the sea is warm and clear. The hotels beach actually isn't a beach at all. Overall apart from the fantastic weather, and nice locals, the hotel was a massive dissapointment and should not be 4 star plus Tui Blue. Not sure we would go back and definitley wouldn't recommend. Elounda itself though is lovely.

Firstly this resort is set on a hillside and is a 25 minute walk into Elounda or a 5 minute taxi ride (9 Euros). This Resort is a Tui Blu hotel, it is certainly located near to a beautiful town with amazing views and scenery but basically there is not much to do around the hotel unless you go to Elounda. This is NOT a 4 * hotel more like a 3* On arrival we were given our wristbands and welcomed by the reception team. Our room wasn't ready so we went for lunch. Our Family is 2 adults and 2 children age 13 and 14. The room we were allocated was 3112 and okay in a good location in a separate block of 4 units. It was at the top of the resort (so walking up the hill certainly kept us fit) It had a bedroom with a double bed and a lounge area with 2 sofa beds and a family shower room. The room had a lovely big shower although the water pressure was low and some nights we had no hot water) there was no bath. It looked great and modern but had absolutely no storage apart from hanging space. However due to the design of the furniture you couldn't actually open the wardrobe door in the bedroom as it hit the bedside table. We tried to move everything along to avoid this happening but the headboard was attached to the wall and then we had to be careful as the door hit the side light attached to the wall. There was no draw space in the room so basically we all had to keep living out of our suitcases for the week which was a bit annoying. So being at the top of the resort we were looking forward to our fabulous views but sadly they could only been seen if we stood on our outside chairs as we had a 6 foot wall surrounding our ground floor balcony. The resort often had an awful sewage smell, one morning in our apartment it was so strong it was making me feel sick. A sewage lorry came daily to try and pump and alleviate the drain issues so the hotel must be well aware of the problem. The food in the main restaurant is very samey each night with lots of choices if you like pasta, pizza and chicken cooked in various ways with chips or potatoes. There was very limited local dishes and seafood or fish on offer which for me was very disappointing. The salads were great with lots of dips and cheeses and cold meats. The deserts were good too along with a whole section for young children. You certainly wouldn't be able to go hungry but we felt it was a below average all inclusive 4* selection. We did also find the food warm and lacking of tase and cold by the time we got back to our table. Nothing we ate was ever hot. Drinks were all self service and wine was on tap not a bottle in site. The coffee was drinkable but again out of a machine which made the whole experience like eating in a canteen rather than what should have been enjoying a 4* restaurant. The main restaurant itself is nicely set out with tables and booth type seating. There is an indoor and outdoor area but in the evening however if you wanted to sit outside and enjoy the view you end up sitting in the dar

This is one of the best holidays I have been on with my family. All members off staff and entertainment team are fantastic. The al a carte restaurants are superb. The other things that may seem daft, is that pool towels are provided and you can change these when you want st the spa. Towels for the shower are provided, therefore, extra room in your luggage. A minor thing was couldn't extend our room, as we had a late flight, but that's cause the hotel was.fully booked, but courtesy room was great and again towels and shower gel complimentary

We arrived midnight after a private transfer from Heraklion. The coach transfer arrived an hour later so I’m pleased we opted for the private transfer. Check in was fast and easy and the reception team had some baguettes for us which was a nice touch. We were taken by golf cart to our room which helped but would have coped as the hill isn’t massive as some people have described it as on here. We had a one bedroom family room (3010) with sliding doors that slept 6 people (only 4 of us however). The room was fresh, clean and well equipped. The aircon was really effective and the beds were very comfy. Room itself was comprised of a lounge area with two sofa beds, a table and chairs and fridge. Shower room was decent but the shower wasn’t the most powerful. You then went through to the first bedroom that had 2 single beds and plenty of wardrobe space then the master bedroom was separated by a sliding door. The ceiling was very high so the sliding door separation is only half room height. Only negative point was the WiFi - everywhere on site seemed to have good strength signal apart from our room. Didn’t bother me too much but my sons (11 & 13) were quite grumpy about it and the in room tv has nothing of note to watch unless you like news. Food - this is my personal opinion - it wasn’t good. Not sure how you can make so many different types of food taste so bland but they did. It all looked great and plenty of variety but even the pizza was tasteless. Quite a disappointing selection outside of regular meal times on all inclusive especially at the main pool. Some baguettes and pasta pots but if you wanted anything more than that it was a walk down to the activities pool and snack bar. Gyros here was nice though. Definitely not the best all inclusive food I’ve had. Drinks - beer on draught was cold but weak. Prosecco on AI was a nice touch. Soft drinks fine and cocktails in the main bar were good. Entertainment - during the day the TUI Blue guys did a great job but TUI should invest in the facilities and equipment they provide for their teams. The portable PA equipment was borderline annoying and the sports area next to the main pool should be covered. It felt like there was a great team of people who wanted to do a fantastic job but didn’t have the tools to be able to do it properly. There was a table tennis table but we couldn’t use it as the equipment kept being damaged or stolen. In the evening, the same team did an equally good job in the amphitheatre. We only went a couple of times - Saturday probably the best night. Outside of the amphitheatre I think this is one of the biggest shortfalls on this resort. There is very little to do for families with older children or couples. Such a shame as this did become an issue for me in terms of not wanting to stay on site in the evening. Fortunately the town of Elounda is so beautiful and full of lovely restaurants and bars I’d recommend getting out there as much as you can - 9 euros in a taxi is w

We have not long returned home from our 2 week stay at Elounda Breeze which was also our honey moon. I must say we do miss it so much already. We came last year a bit earlier on in may and it definitely was cooler, this time around was just perfect in June and I cannot express how much of an excellent time we had as a family. Where do I start? I need to mention the hotel itself, it’s beautiful and definitely lives up to its name ‘Elounda Breeze’ that breeze is very welcomed on the hot days that we had! It is very hilly so be prepared to walk but there are the gentlemen staff that can give you a lift in one of the carts (which my little girl enjoyed very much- especially sitting backwards)! The staff are just absolutely fantastic, as soon as we walked in the restaurant staff recognised us as a family and even remembered my daughter’s name. The 2 Georgia’s, Linda, all the waiting staff they all work exceptionally hard and are so so friendly they really are a credit to the hotel, never without a smile on their faces especially in the heat and all the noise of the restaurant it must be so difficult. The TUI blue team are just fantastic all round, the entertainment that they work so so hard to put on for everybody - especially the children, all the energy and passion it never goes un noticed. I want to especially mention Guilia, she is just the kindest soul and really made our experience wonderful we really enjoyed playing skittles and other activities with her in the day just a breath of fresh air. Your child will never be bored here morning, day & night there is always something and you just need to check the app. They also have fire shows, acrobatic comedy show, Havana dance night, it’s all fsntastic. There is 2 mascots Captain T & Tui the robot who again my little girl just adored and they also do a healthy eating scheme which encouraged my daughter to eat super well this holiday in order for her to collect stickers and get a certificate! Also another special mention for Freyja who was on the desk in the lobby ready to greet us every morning, she paid extra attention to us and our little girl which made it feel so special for us and nothing was a problem, I felt I could approach her with anything, even when my little girl fell poorly the last couple days of our holiday Freyja organised for us to have late check out which really helped us out with our situation and I cannot thank her enough, a real credit to TUI. The cleaners came every morning and were so polite and friendly, we was never out of anything thanks to them. We really enjoyed the food, there is a selection for everyone in the restaurant and I especially loved the themed nights, my favourite was Asian with lots of offers of sushi and noodles. My little girl was also obsessed with the chocolate fountain which was a nice touch. The pool bar is great which is where we ate most lunchtimes, again the chef there works so so hard and he is so attentive making sure to talk you through every di

Beautiful hotel but certainly not 5* … I cannot believe this is £2,000 more this year (£6.4K!) for the exact same dates and room/family of 4. We thought it was very isolated, no water sports nearby so spent most of the week getting a taxi to Amoudi beach (great vibe there) for jet skiing and other water sports. Overall a bit boring for us thought stunning if you’re happy to stay in the grounds, but with two teenagers we needed more to do. I should have researched this a bit more I guess. Elounda village was beautiful as was the tour to Spinalonga island. I’d stay more central of you like a more active holiday. Agios Nikolas worth a trip too. In essence, I felt Elounda Breeze was just too isolated.

We stayed at Elounda Breeze in late June for a week. It was honestly one of the best holidays I've been on in a long while. Rooms We were in a spacious room on the first floor of the main building above the bar. The beds were comfy, although it wasn't a double bed but instead two singles pushed together. A bit annoying, but not deal breaking. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels if you needed them. The rooms also came with beach towels if you don't have your own. Pools There are a number of pools, but the best one is easily the Quiet Pool. If you're looking to read and splash about, it's probably the best as you're not distracted by music or activities. There's a great poolside bar with a ton of inclusive drinks, including around 7 mocktails and 10 cocktails (all free). We also asked to mix drinks up (we recommend the Melon Schnapps with Pineapple juice), and that was fine. We didn't have any trouble getting a lounger, but people definitely leave their towels all day to claim them. It's honestly better to join them than fight back, so settle down on your favourite one and enjoy it. Food The food was absolutely fantastic. Firstly, there is so much choice in the buffet. Breakfast was the same every day, but there were three rows of hot food, plus pancakes, waffles, pastries, yogurt, cereal, fruit, porridge, and more. Lunch was different every day, with pizza, salad, pasta, and an assortment of hot food. It's hard to list it all, but we had nice stews, pasta bakes, rice dishes and more. Tea was different every day too, and like lunch, incredible. So many nice meals and variety. There were themed nights, which were good, but the regular nights were easily the best. Plenty of desserts too, from Baklava to cream cakes and even ice cream. There was a chocolate fountain twice which was amazing. There are two restaurants you can book. You get to go to them for free one night each. Honestly, we didn't bother. I'm sure they're lovely, but the buffet was just too amazing to pass up. It's worth noting that there is so much vegetarian food on offer, and plenty for vegans too. However, while the labels do tell you what the food is, they don't always make it clear whether it's vegetarian. We used our common sense, and avoided anything we weren't 100% sure about. Also, we read reviews that said the hot food was cold. This just isn't true. All the hot food was kept hot. Staff The staff are very very friendly and very very helpful. All absolutely lovely, from the TUI specific staff to the hotel staff. They worked tirelessly to make sure everyone is having a good time. One TUI member played with another family's kid for about 30 minutes straight, which was very sweet. Our only issue was that at lunch and dinner there was often no cutlery on tables. There's so many people coming in and out and the staff are definitely doing there best to change every table as quickly as possible. However, if they notice you're missing cutlery or y

Lovely hotel, have stayed here twice. Great food, and rooms are spacious and well cleaned. Trekked up to the main restaurant be hard work when it’s hot, but buggy frequently takes people up and down, views from restaurant are amazing! The outside a la carte restaurant is also fab!
