I stayed in Hotel Alleviate more than once and I really enjoyed my stay there. The room service is great, the people at front desk are very humble and cooperative. Rooms are very clean and immaculate. Washrooms were very clean as well. The reception area has a good ambience for waiting or sitting. Easy check-in and check-out. I'll recommend this hotel to everyone who's visiting Agra.

Small and Congested rooms.Booked taj facing room but could no way see taj from room. very poor breakfast spread.Restaurant is very expensive.Overall a poor experience staying here.

Worst Hotel and not recommended at all. Staff is extremely rude including the front office. Hotel is charging rates more than a 4 star hotel but actual the hotel is below 2 star. No facilities and rooms are like box with no fresh Air. Rooms corridors are very dark and not even light up for the guest. Beds are extremely low quality so no chance of getting good sleep. Please be prepared for the noise which will come to your rooms as the glasses of the window are not a sound proof. As I stayed in the so call Suite I have no idea how about the basic room , I can only imagine that it must be more low standard. Services are extremely slow and you need to wait for long for your order. Very unprofessional managed hotel.
