The hotel is at a good location and service was good. However, the room was not very clean. There was dust on the furniture- bed side tables which seems to have not been cleaned for days/weeks.

I recently stayed at Hotel Surasena Regal Vista in Agra and had a mixed experience. The hotel has a good location, making it convenient for visiting the Taj Mahal and other attractions. The staff was polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms were decently maintained, and the overall ambiance was pleasant.
However, one major downside was the size of the toilets. They were quite small, making them a bit uncomfortable to use, especially for a longer stay. Additionally, the amenities could be improved, as some facilities felt a bit outdated.
Overall, it's a decent place to stay for a short visit, but there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve to provide a better experience.

windows of the room were not clean, pigeon **** was there. Food was of average taste. Bedsheets were not clean.Overall below average stay.

I stayed here as part of a large tour group in February. We had a lovely welcome from the staff when we arrived. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was lovely - fresh fruit, eggs (omelette on request, I had this both days and it was really nice) toast etc.
