Stayed in Taj View from 24th Feb to 28th Feb 2023 enjoyed the stay for 4 nights. Excellent service provided, staff of all departments was caring and supportive. Room was spacious , neat and clean. Old hotel, the facilities in the room are old and the cleanliness is acceptable. Agra smog is very serious, especially in the evening, the air is filled with a strong burnt wood taste, sleep at night is awakened several times... The hotel has no fresh air system filtration, and there is no warm air in the room AC, for Agra 5-6 degrees at night It’s too cold to sleep! The hotel’s own garden is beautiful, with Indian dance performances on weekends and all the staff are nice. When we checked in, we rushed to three tour groups. The group meal filled the cafeteria, causing breakfast to be eaten at another restaurant in the hotel. The quality should not be collected. The next day the group left and everything returned to normal. Based on the price/performance ratio, I suggest you stay at this hotel when you come to the Taj Mahal. Be sure to wear a mask.

Best hotel to see Taj Mahal - walking distance from the east gate- no need for transport to see the Taj, quiet spot and room with view very nice view. Close to plenty of other restaurants but being that close to the beautiful walk to the Taj was amazing. Travel ***ager A*** can assist with other Agra experiences and a driver who works for the hotel. He arranged tickets /transport to nearby SOS elephant wildlife rescue and had plenty of other ideas of places to see if we’d have had more time.

Very good behaviour by the manager & staffs. But food facilities are not so good in this hotel. Overall i like the place.

Good stay with family in executive room but bathroom was not in good condition. Need renovation and maintenance concern for better experience.

The room was comfortable and immaculate. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Location was also perfect. Me and my family had a wonderful stay here in hard rock hotel. Also a special thanks to shivam mud-gal, a staff member. Highly recommended here. Room tip: the pool is hygienic and decent. The staff members are very polite and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel because it was a good criticism, a good painting based on the photos and a good price, but I think there are certainly other options for similar prices better. If you look like a more mochilerod site and you must have rooms with shared bathroom and so in addition to private rooms with bathroom inside that is what we picked up... We stayed two nights and breakfast was included, But we asked and, or we didn't understand ourselves well, or they gave us long saying that we had to ask for the food in advance and I don't know what more rolls... another problem is that, the day we arrived was not working the wifi, there was some problem but they just told us that the The internet provider did not answer them... They fixed it for the second day, but only at the lower floors, we were up and there, even though the signal came, it still not worked... we asked again, and the same. The Wi-Fi theme, personally, I think a problem.... The room was right... nothing noticeable either for good or for bad... a large bed, it was not uncomfortable, with a quite chula decor for my taste. The room was very clean and was very clean. The hotel is located on a street with quite ambient (which also means noise), with restaurants and a supermarket nearby (even a shopping center at unis 5-10 minutes walking). If it is not a bad option but there are things that could improve (at least in private rooms) and the wifi problem has given me at least one explanation....
