Our honeymoon at Fairmont Mara Safari Club was the best and most memorable experience of our lives! Every moment was exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel so at home. Special thanks to Lenkoko, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best safari adventure; to Mary and Gerald, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay unique and delightful; and to Adan, who made us feel like we had a home away from home. We highly recommend participating in as many experiences as possible and definitely not missing a safari. We were lucky enough to see 4 out of the Big 5, but also encountered so many more amazing animals. The hot air balloon experience is also a must! While it’s the most commercial, you can’t beat the breathtaking views of the plains from the balloon, and the bush breakfast included is a real ”pinch me” moment. Gerald and his team are also expert mixologists—don’t miss trying their locally inspired cocktails, especially the dawa! I also had a massage during my stay which I couldn't recommend more. In terms of facilities, they are superb. The tent design makes it feel more authentic , but it's a very luxurious stay with all the amenities and services you'd expect to see at a Fairmont.
