One off the Best in turkey 🇹🇷! Very nice staff and especially guest relation officer Gizem my room was clean good was good I will definitely come back November I really like that experience I will tell everyone I will definitely recommend I’m happy

This was a great hotel. Its far away enough to be nice but close enough to the beach if we wanted to go. The service was great. They were very patient and hospitable to us Americans. Everything was absolutely perfect. Gizem was a perfect guide and help. She spoke great English.

We (family of 3) had a great time at your hotel and spa. Our daughter (4yo) loved the kids pool and family pool. My wife and I really enjoyed the thermal pool. The food served was very good and we all enjoyed the selection. The hotel staff was very friendly from the time we arrived until the time we left. We will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel and relaxing atmosphere. We will be returning soon.

Bad information in Hotel. They say they are international but only Turkish spoken staff with some exceptions. No information in how to use the Thermal aptions, you have to find out yourself. There is a a la Carte restaurant but that was closed. Swimming pool plus thermal baths were use by childred playing in the therma baths. Worksmen working at the swimming pool without any coverage of the work they are doing. Only breakfast and Dinner restaurant opening hours. In between no snacks available. Room cleaning was also not ideal. We have been once and not intending to go back, we left one ay earlier.
