真的房間很差，沒有空調，垃圾袋也沒有套，給我們換了一個房間大床換了一個標間，枕頭上也是血。房間裏面拖鞋都沒有，等了近一個小時。房間裏面噴的空氣清新劑掩蓋房間裏的氣味，導致頭很暈，一言難盡。

房挺好的。乾淨。半夜到的，保安引導停車。服務很好。到的晚了，周圍飯店都關門了。前台小姐姐提示可以點外賣。**外賣很多店家都可以配送到酒店。

酒店位於阿克蘇市中，非常熱鬧的區域。周邊的餐館多，也有大型商場，交通出行都很方便。來阿克蘇旅遊，這裡是一個相當適合的好住處。

設施陳舊，床鋪中間塌陷，入住開門進入發現床鋪有人睡過的沒換過的樣子，給服務員説過之後立即換了。衞生間的門、馬桶、洗澡的噴淋頭都很舊的，使用期間喊維修師傅來修過之後勉強能使用。晚上睡覺時感覺有跳蚤咬。周圍環境吵雜，是有個市場的原因。服務態度還算可以。

這次我們一行六人，因為火車早上4點25分到達阿克蘇，五點多我們到達酒店，前台服務非常好，幫助我們提前入住，真的很感謝，房間衞生，環境都很好，這次由於匆忙，沒有拍照片。

整個酒店設施看起來非常老舊，樓道有下水道味，房間淋浴碰頭全是水銹，不敢洗澡，床中間有些凹陷，睡的不舒服，體驗極差。

這家酒店位置還是不錯的，但估計太老了，本來就是一個老牌酒店，進旋轉門那個地毯，臟得不行，還不如撤掉。酒店周邊，是個箱包市場，周邊環境也就那樣吧。
