"This stay was incredibly heartwarming! My reservation originally didn't include breakfast, but the front desk staff, Kamy and Dora, thoughtfully offered it to me for free, which was a wonderful surprise. After checking out, I accidentally left some personal belongings in the room. The hotel noticed right away and promptly called me to inform me, showing how attentive and responsible their staff are. The front desk staff were gentle and friendly, and their thoughtfulness was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next trip!"

"The room facilities are all smart and the price is affordable. It is a newly built hotel and there must be no problem with it. The service is also OK, especially the rich breakfast. The only drawback is that I didn't update the information and arrange the room in advance. When I arrived, the room was not cleaned. I waited there for more than an hour before I was able to check in."

"This Holiday Inn Express was the best in terms of both hardware and software during my Xinjiang trip. The room was very clean, facilities and equipment were new, the bed was tidy, the duvet was light and comfortable, and the bathroom functions were all excellent. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the staff cleared tables very quickly and efficiently. Crucially, the room rate was also very good value for money. The only minor point to note is that the air conditioning in the room was a little noisy; perhaps there's a way to adjust it to be quieter."

"Service: Checked in on New Year's Eve. As soon as we walked to the hotel entrance, the Uyghur security brother and the aunt with a Henan accent came down to help us with the suitcases. The front desk staff all wore red scarves and wished us a happy new year, which felt very cordial. We were originally planning to stay for nine nights, but had to leave for a few days due to some urgent matters. It was the beautiful front desk lady Wang Yunxia who helped us negotiate the refund with the hotel booking platform, and it was resolved smoothly in the end. I brought some New Year's goods that needed to be refrigerated and the handsome guy at the front desk helped me take them to the restaurant, refrigerated them and marked them. The breakfast is also good. The staff will proudly say that the flower rolls and steamed buns are all made by themselves, and there is freshly ground coffee. The front desk service is very flexible and personal. Facilities: The laundry room has the same LG commercial washing and drying set as Huazhu Club, which is very convenient. It is recommended to put some sticky notes and pens next to it and clean the dryer filter regularly. The room provides wet wipes for cleaning the toilet, so you don't have to wrap the toilet seat with napkins anymore. The room has a wardrobe which allows you to hang more clothes than an open hanging area. The window in the room is a little small, the toilet flush is a little weak, but everything else is good. I wish 2025 will be better and better!"
