房間不錯，很乾凈，空間也夠大。一開始電視看不了，前台很熱心的派人來解決。早餐也很不錯，很豐富，帶着長者出遊，長者很喜歡早餐～唯一的不足是我們定了兩間房，其中一間樓上的住客很吵，吵了一晚上，有點影響休息，酒店的隔音一般都是不是很好，也能理解，主要還是住客太沒素質了，吵吵一晚上😡

酒店建的比較久了，無論軟件還是硬件都需要升級了。電梯一角破了個大洞，房間裏撲面而來的是九十年代的氣息。因為連日來旅途疲憊，晚上睡得倒還踏實。

這是第五次入住星程酒店了，首先非常感謝前台美女阿米娜，服務熱情！及時告知周圍交通路線，並送上貼心的問候！不愧是品牌酒店的服務，非常令人感動！酒店跟前距離美食街和人民廣場很近，秋日的阿克蘇，廣場上的人們歡快的歌唱跳舞，給旅行的心情抹去那些冷漠的疲憊！

華住旗下的酒店，房間挺大，床品很鬆軟，睡着挺舒服。有自助洗衣房；預訂的早，比現場的價格要便宜很多，酒店入口並不很寬敞，居然允許車輛停靠佔著部分大門入口的位置；晚上出門左轉街道有擺攤賣水果的小販，有幾家餐廳，那家砂鍋菜味道不錯！
早上九點來鍾在酒店周邊找早餐店，沒找到包子、油條之類的店面，衹有兩家24小時營業的麪店。
浴室雖然挺大，但是卻沒有洗浴時掛衣物的掛鈎，很不方便！

這個星程房間是由原來的温州大酒店改造的，入住之前會徵詢意見先看房，整體都不錯，乾淨衞生，服務態度也很好，還贈送了果盤

哎呀，真沒想到這家的早餐那麼豐盛，好吃的吃不過來，關鍵是工作人員非常熱情，對每個進人的客人都打招呼:早上好！還不時提醒客人哪些食品在哪裡，前台也不錯，放心去住吧。

但房間內的衞生需加強，那枕頭，浴巾上滿滿的旱煙味，清潔的不夠徹底，上點心吧，用心的收拾一下，你們店還可以更好！
