It’s amazing. The rating I booked with Ctrip was quite high, but the experience was not good at all. I went there after 11 o’clock and the quilt cover was all dirty. I called the front desk and the customer service came in wearing slippers and they said they couldn’t be washed off. It was too late and the warehouse was locked and I couldn't change it. I called the front desk and asked them to change my room. This gave me a lot of time. I will never book a room worth more than 200 yuan again.

The parking lot security guard was just a decoration. When I asked him where to park the car, he said he didn't know and found it himself (there were two parking spaces behind him, and the parking spaces were in my blind spot, not that I saw them and asked him) The room I booked included breakfast, but they only provided Chinese food. I couldn't eat it because of ethnic reasons. There was no solution, so I gave up the plan and ate outside without caring After entering the room, the bathroom smelled bad, and there was no water in the toilet. The room attendant told me that this was not a problem. He picked up the shower and taught me how to add water (Figure 1) The overall environment, facilities and hygiene of the guest rooms and public areas can only be said to be poor! If the room is paid by the front desk, I will not stay even if I pay for it! ! ! Choose carefully! ! ! !
