Am so glad I choose Cloud 7 Residence. I am a solo traveler to AlUla and I don't drive. Prior to my trip, i notice that quite a number of hotels/B&Bs do not offer meals and there are no restaurants nearby. Cloud & Residence has its own restaurant and therefore, it saves the trouble of looking for food. All staff there are very friendly and super helpful. Wifi works well. Hope I can visit again.

The environment is very good, but the room has a newly renovated smell, which is too much. The water was cut off halfway through the shower. I called the front desk and the water came back after a quarter of an hour. I continued to shower, but the water temperature got colder and colder. It felt like they were using a storage water heater, which was getting colder and colder.

The hotel did not have a tourist map or guide to Alula, and self-driving was difficult:
1. I didn't know how to get to Hegra, North gate? South gate? Navigation was difficult. Later I learned that 375...9200...70
2. There were no business hours for the attractions. I arrived at Elephant Rock at 13:00 and it said it would open at 16:00. I arrived at Hegra at 15:40 and it was closed.
