I was a bit worried about staying at the hotel with no electricity, taking into account dark rooms and lack of heater, but my experience went above and beyond any expectations. It is perfectly located in one part of the old town, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were comfortable, picture perfect and warm (I arranged for a heater). Staff was kind, attentive and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. I couldn't have wished for a better accommodation.

This is the most unexpected thing for me when I came to AlUla! Whether it is service or other aspects, it is several times better than Banyan Tree. The breakfast is also delicious. At night, the whole hotel is full of candles in this ancient town. It really makes people feel special! I will come again to experience it in the future

Advantages: Next to the old town, the building itself is part of history, and the candle lighting ceremony at night is very ritualistic.
A few shortcomings:
1. The shower in the bathroom on the first floor of the double bed suite where I stayed was broken. There was no hot water but only cold water. The maintenance worker checked for half an hour and said it could not be repaired. As a boutique hotel, it was not informed of this situation before check-in, which is really wrong.
2. The room has no air conditioning, and fans can only be used for ventilation and cooling at night, but the fan in the living room suddenly stopped at around 3 am, and the room temperature rose rapidly, seriously affecting sleep.
I hope the hotel can take guests seriously and not make such low-level mistakes.
