We rested in June 2024 and were traveling for 4 days. The hotel is all dirty, we asked for cleaning for four days, when we checked in the room was very dirty, at our request they wiped it with one rag, but it remained dirty, they just smeared it. The following days there was no cleaning; the trash had to be taken out into the corridor. They asked for a towel and they pointedly threw them in our faces. We came for dinner, we couldn't eat there. Everything was in an unkempt state, scattered, there was no food, although an hour had passed since the beginning, and there was no employee to clean up. The kitchen is dark, dirty, one male hotel employee walks around in a dirty, greasy T-shirt and shorts, apparently a cook. There are no more service staff. No hygiene, no special. clothes. When checking in, we had to go to the reception through the kitchen, which is open access, all products are open. Unsanitary conditions. How can this be allowed in a hotel, especially in the kitchen. As soon as we checked in, we drank water in the “dining room”; at dinner, the dirty tables from lunch were never cleared. Attaching photo. We didn't eat there, we went to restaurants nearby. During our four-day stay, an ambulance came twice and took three people to the hospital with poisoning. They connect Wi-Fi and say that it is available, but it hasn’t worked for a day. I don’t recommend it, take care of your health.

I rested with my wife in this hotel from 18 to 24.09. 2023 The hotel has a rating of less than 4, but not because it is bad, the whole point is that the bulk of vacationers in this hotel are Germans and Poles. At the beginning of our vacation, we didn’t like it, but then there was a different mood and here’s why - there is no chaos and noise in this hotel like from Russian tourists, everything is quiet and calm, they sit at the tables, drink beer and communicate without attracting attention. The hotel administration is mature and smiling people, everything is as clean as a good three-ruble ruble, the food is delicious, something different every day and not just vegetables. We stayed in room 117 on the second floor, since it was low - we did not use the elevator, but the hotel has one. The room was triple (2+1), the desire to get a double bed came true, everything worked well in the room, at first there were some confusion with the air conditioner controls, but when we found out that a Russian-speaking Kyrgyz (a good boy) was working at the reception, this problem went away. Well, even if the TV is small - we almost didn’t watch it, we liked the shower cabin with two shower heads (one with a flexible hose, the second large one near the ceiling), there was always water and hot water too, from the balconies of all hotel rooms there is a view of the sea (direct or side) Internet WI-FI is free - it worked well in the hall, and also in our room, since our room was just above the reception. The distance to the sea (Cleopatra beach) is 50 meters, in order to safely enter the sea without fear of slabs from the hotel you need to go to the left towards the center, after 100 meters there will be beach number 19 - there we went into the sea, swam and sunbathed on the hot sand . The hotel is located at the beginning of Alanya - in a quiet place, as it was quiet and warm (35 during the day, 20-25 at night) - we slept with the door open on the beam and without a blanket. A stay in this hotel, as well as the entire tour package, was purchased from the tour operator Biblio Globus, which cooperates with the best airline in Russia, Aeroflot. I recommend the hotel!

The rooms are worn out, have old appliances, but are clean and spacious. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners without meat. Drinks include tea, coffee and beer. (this is an all-inclusive format). There is no private beach, no sun loungers, no towels provided. The beach is across the road, there are slabs on the sea, the entry is very difficult, especially when there are waves. In general, you can rest, but more than 5 days is difficult. If you take a room with a sea view, the view is really good.

It is a good value hotel, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, I come to Alanya all the time for business reasons, the area where the hotel is located is very central, close to the beach, this is a great advantage, if you choose rooms overlooking the beach, the evenings will be enjoyable, I am satisfied. I recommend it.
