Hotel is outdated. Front Desk Agent could use some Customer Service training-very dry and unapproachable. The hotel is huge so get ready to do a lot of walking. Bathroom fan was loud and the room only had a coffee maker sitting on top of a mini fridge. I will say the Restaurant is excellent. Complimentary breakfast is good. Coffee- not so much.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and again my stay was great! The staff is very professional and were there to answer any questions. Check I and check out was great and there were no delays. The room was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely will stay here again.

Given it's a newer hotel and in a great location off the 94, the guests were GHETTO. Kids running the hall all night and people just being loud and rude. I stayed only 1 night and went across the parking lot to Holiday Inn. More money than Hampton Inn but it keeps the GHETTO out.
