Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey

Great place to stay in Alappuzha . Good rooms . Pleasant stay. Beautiful ambiance. They even provide house boat service and motor boat service and even kayaking . One of the best place for stay in Alleppey and great place to conduct corporate events

I would not recommend this hotel based on my recent experience. I chose it because of my positive stays at Wyndham properties in the US, hoping my parents could enjoy a similar standard. Unfortunately, this particular Ramada did not meet expectations. I booked a room with a lake view upgrade but was assigned room 223, which has been mentioned in other reviews for its issues. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and despite raising this concern, we were not offered an alternative room. The cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing—the bedsheets were visibly worn, and the toilet had an unpleasant odor. Room service was slow, taking 30 minutes just to deliver a bottle of water, and check-out was delayed due to a long wait for concierge assistance. Adding to the frustration, we were given a mug that had been glued to repair a leak, which felt unprofessional and unsanitary. This experience was disappointing and impacted the overall enjoyment of my trip. Based on this stay, I would urge Wyndham to maintain more consistent quality standards across their properties, as I for one will probably never again visit Ramada ever again.

Just checked in. I am staying with three Japanese. Room tiles are broken Furniture sunmica is broken Room is not at all good. Regarding service and food will update after one or two days As I am staying for four five days Wash room is also smelling

Rooms here are a total disaster.Not able to tell whether it is a 5 star hotel or just a local lodge,rooms don't have proper space AC stops every now and then no proper cooling.The bathrooms are not at all clean.Many lizards were there in the room.Last year when I went to Ramada in Bali my experience was very good that is the reason I insisted my family to choose Ramada in Alleppy but now that I stayed here for a night i think I made a mistake

This was my 2nd time here. This time was to celebrate my daughters 1st B'day. Whole family enjoyed our stay at Ramada Alleppey. They upgraded one of our rooms to interconnected Rooms with Lake View. Breakfast Buffet was amazing. Easy access from Railway Station. We also took their river boat ride with lunch included. It was also very beautiful experience. All staffs were very helpful naming few Parvathy, Sanal and Nicy.

Excellent service by spa . They accommodate me on time . The room was hot and Ac was not working. But therapist Reena did and excellent job . Her knowledge about human body is really amazing . I strongly recommend this place for massage with or without family
