Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey

Enjoyed the cruise. It is my 2nd time and 1st time for my mum. My mum loved it. Good customer service, We booked it as a part of package tour. No hassle. Came to travel desk and lady helped with everything. Refreshing drinks were provided. Lunch was good, friendly staff and end of the trip coffee tea and snacks served.

We had a pleasant stay at Ramada in Allepy. Prathibha from guest reception was helpful. We were greeted with welcome drinks and our premium room was wonderful with lake view. They serve complementary tea in the evening ***** with a sunset cruise. On second day, we went on Houseboat cruise. Their houseboat was a standard one with ac which met my expectations. Inside the cruise, we were served a good lunch with Karemeen fry and later even given a room to take rest till the end of the cruise, which was very convenient as we have a one year old baby. Later on the day, we had an amazing experience of ayurvedic massage in their spa. On the third day, Parvathi from the travel desk arranged a wonderful day trip on a hotel cab through which we enjoyed a local trip of the temples and maket places. The behaviour of all the hotel staff and restaurant staff was overwhelming and welcoming. They helped us with baby food every time we requested. The food in the restaurant "World in the pot" is also worth mentioning as it was delicious. On our return journey, we booked a cab through the hotel to drop us at the Kochi airport at a reasonable quote. Overall, we had a very good experience in Allepey with Ramada by Wyndham. Thank you.

We had an amazing one-night stay at Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey! The views were breathtaking, hospitality was flawless, and breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping was super quick and efficient. A big thank you to Khushboo at the front desk for her warm and professional welcome — she explained everything so well and made us feel instantly at home. But the highlight of our experience was Mr. Beenu, our hotel cab driver to Varkala. He was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. The drive was smooth, safe, and so comfortable — we couldn’t have asked for a better person to take us on that journey. His calm demeanor and helpful nature truly stood out. We’re so grateful for his service — he made our travel experience feel seamless and stress-free. Everything about our stay was perfect. Highly, highly recommended!

Me with family planned to celebrate my mom's and daughter's birthday in Ramada Alleppey.Ms.Seena Zera Jacob,asst.sales manager helped me to organise according to my preferences.The food was so delicious and had a good variety in both veg and non veg.All of us really enjoyed and had a good time there.

just visited Ramada by wyndham alleppey in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.After conducting research, I selected Ramada by wyndham. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!

With the exception of one member (Mr Shebin the restaurant manager) we found the remainder of the staff very friendly and extremely helpful. On Tuesday evening 25 February myself and my partner went into the restaurant and asked the manager for the menu after waiting for approximately 10 minutes we asked another member of staff who brought it to us. Again we waited for 10 to 15 minutes and no waiter came so I went to the desk and spoke to a waiter and told them I was unhappy with the service and that we were being ignored. I had even tried to attract the manager's attention but he just disappeared. There was only one other person having a meal at the time so there was no excuse for such bad service. I spoke to the front of the house and asked to speak to the duty manager and was asked what the problem was. I gave the young *** details and he asked for our room number but no-one got back to us. This was bad. The hotel was comfortable, the food was very good and following this incident staff service was excellent. Mrs. Parvati from Travel Desk was very polite and helpful. Ayurvedic massage was a waste of money.
