While the room was clean and spacious, overall hotel premises experience fell short of the description and rating on makemytrip. The bathroom water quality was subpar, unusual for kerala hotels. Although polite, the staff lacked proper training and expertise for their roles. Overall, the experience was disappointing compared to expectations."
