My stay at MuTu hotel was absolutely fantastic! The interior design is modern yet cozy with beautiful attention to detail. The living space features comfortable purple sofas and elegant sheer curtains that let in plenty of natural light. The dining area is stunning with a large dining table, stylish chairs, and thoughtful plant decorations that add a touch of nature indoors.
What really impressed me was the kitchen - it has gorgeous colorful mosaic tile backsplash that gives a vibrant personality to the space, contrasting beautifully with the two-tone cabinetry (dark and wood finish). Everything was immaculately clean and well-organized.
The staircase area with its contrasting dark and white railings shows the careful design elements throughout the property. The light pink/beige walls create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout.
The owner is an incredibly kind Chinese gentleman who goes above and beyond to assist guests with anything they might need. His hospitality made the stay even more special.
If you're looking for a beautifully designed, comfortable place with excellent service, MuTu hotel is definitely worth booking!

This was a very enjoyable experience in a small hotel. MuTu is a family managed guest house which provided such a warm welcome and all the assistance we needed during our 3 night stay. The ambience is friendly and sociable, with good humoured conversation around the big dining table while enjoying a home cooked breakfast (Chinese style). Thankyou to our host.

Chinese owner, can speak Chinese. The toilet is shared toilet however the toilet and room is very clean. Very nearby to restaurants.

The hotel is owned by a Chinese owner. It is located in the city center, a quiet place in the city. From the hotel, it is about 4.8 km to the Almaty Tower, only 2.5 km to the cable car entrance, 2.2 km to the Central Mosque, 2.5 km to the Independence Monument, and 1.5 km to the Ascension Cathedral and the 28 Heroes Monument. The hotel is clean and hygienic, the rooms are large, and it is very quiet at night. The owner cooks breakfast himself, and the rice porridge tastes very good. The breakfast is delicious!

It's hard to find when you first arrive, but it's easy to find once you get familiar with it. It's in the city, close to the shopping mall, 1.5 kilometers from the Holy Catholic Church, and more than 20 minutes' walk
