"We stayed in a treehouse, which was small but very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. It had everything we needed (fridge, TV, hairdryer, electric heater, shower amenities). The resort is beautifully situated within a nature reserve, with lovely grounds and lighting… it felt like we were in the Alps… truly a fairytale! The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the property. The ski lift was close by. Breakfast was superb, everything was fresh and delicious, they even served sparkling wine. Highly recommend! We had a wonderful time!"

"I hope that in the future there will be clearer signage reminding guests to use the provided tongs and serving spoons when taking food from the buffet, or that staff can occasionally monitor the buffet area to ensure proper hygiene. Unfortunately, I completely lost my appetite after seeing some guests, specifically Indians, using their bare hands to take food, despite the serving utensils being readily available. I also noticed other guests looking on with visible discomfort. It was an unpleasant and unhygienic experience that detracted from what is otherwise a very nice 4-star hotel. In addition, the dining area was affected by a mix of very strong perfume and noticeable body odor from some guests, which made the breakfast experience even more unpleasant. While I understand the hotel cannot control personal grooming, maintaining a comfortable dining environment is important. I hope this issue can be addressed to help maintain the hygiene standards and dining experience that guests expect."
