Stayed for 4nights in Corner Suite room (prepaid), but AC not working, bidet not working, bathroom never be cleaned, I’ve requested everything to be fixed and cleaned, but never been responded. I also asked to be moved to another better room, but they disagree. The staff are not kind at all, theyre not even smile to us, not recommended for staying in this hotel.

Very bad experience. I left my dior bag in the hotel and says don’t have it.
I’m very very sure it was it the room.
Reception when check in was rude.
Check out - reception is also rude, but one lady is nice. She’s the only one.
Toilet disaster. When you need to take shower, u need to hold it with ur bank.
Toilet bowl are sharing. And so many more

Had a great time in the suite. Retro 90's Chinese vibe. Very nice. Also for a few euros you can get a Hongqi taxi with Yandex.

Room wad too cold even I have turned AC on for whole night. Thats why whole stay was totally uncomfortable
Also only rooms without window was left.

Too old and bad service. We booked a room with a mountain view but didn't. The room amenities are too old and dirty. Price and service are not assumed.
