Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Maintenance Issues
Stay Dates: April 14–17, 2024
Room Type: Junior Suite (2 Rooms)
Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory due to multiple issues.
Check-in & Luggage Handling:
There was no bell boy or trolley service available at reception, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Upon reaching the room, the key card didn’t work. We had to go back to reception twice to get it fixed, but the issue persisted. After multiple requests, a staff member finally came to assist—but only after a 25-minute wait.
Room Condition:
The rooms assigned to us were in horrible condition. We requested a room change, but the alternative provided was also unsatisfactory. The hotel claimed no better rooms were available, so we had no choice but to stay.
Basic Amenities Missing:
The room lacked a tea kettle, and despite requesting it multiple times, it was only provided on the third day.
Buffet:
The breakfast buffet was average—nothing exceptional.
Overall Experience:
Due to the poor service, maintenance issues, and lack of basic amenities, we decided to book another hotel for the remainder of our trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
