It will take you 20 minutes from the international airport and 10 minutes from the Almaty-1 railway station to get to the hotel. Our guests can enjoy “standard”, “comfort” and “luxe” rooms and all the facilities, like Wi-Fi, telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, and blow dryers in bathrooms. We provide excellent service and 24-hour room cleaning. We have a sauna with a pool, a restaurant which can deliver food directly to your bedroom door and a conference hall to hold events. Breakfast (on the smorgasbord) is included in the cost. As we value your time, we can arrange a transfer from the airport or the railway station to the hotel and your way back on the day of departure. In order to move around the city quickly, you can order a taxi from your bedroom. Our guests can use parking for free. No elevator in the hotel. Rooms are on 1 and on 2 floor. We work to provide you comfort!

During my recent stay at a hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The location was perfect, providing easy access to popular spots while maintaining a peaceful and quiet ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a diverse selection of both local and international cuisine, all fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for quality and convenience.

The hotel is nice. There's a sauna and swimming pool and a breakfast buffet. It is quite near the airport so you will occasionally hear planes passing by. It's also a little far from the city center but can be walked. Baum Grove is also just nearby if you want to see some nature.

I attempted an early check-in due to my flight schedule, but the reception was uncooperative and refused to acknowledge my mobile booking. I was asked to leave at 3 am and, despite canceling as advised, received no refund the following day. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Very convenient, there are supermarkets and fast food restaurants near the hotel, and it's also quick to take a taxi to the airport
