I recently stayed at mildom Hotel and it was one of the best hotel experiences in Almaty I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the location is easy to go anywhere amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends good staff help you any u need

I booked a smoking room but when we arrived no available room... Shower problems.. Telephone no dial tone shampoo shower gel toothpaste and everything is only for 1 person..

The room is very small and expensive. The service is average. There is a small refrigerator under the table in the room, which contains drinks, chocolates and other items. It is usually not found. Convenient location, reasonable breakfasts. The end. The staff is polite, but completely deaf. Had to ask for a towel three times, which was not in the room. In the end, went looking for it myself. The soundproofing in the rooms is disgusting. You can hear everything. The room itself is in a deplorable state. The shower drain is clogged. The water temperature fluctuates, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, dirty. Problems with the toilets, problems with the electrics. The handle fell off the cabinet during use. And at the end they even tried to force me to pay for beer from the minibar, of which I drank one, and asked for three. I do not recommend this hotel.
