The hotel has an ideal location. It is in a quiet courtyard but at the same time very close to the noisy walking streets where there are many cafes, shops, restaurants. The room itself and the furniture are a little tired but in terms of price-quality ratio, the location is excellent

The room and bed are relatively small, there is a small balcony, the shower room in the bathroom is too small, it is difficult for tall people to take a shower; the water of the shower head is also relatively small. The breakfast is OK. We spent a few nights in different rooms in this hotel. With the exception of the first room, which was just OK, the other rooms we slept in were nice. Staff was generally nice and friendly. Breakfast was good as well. The best thing about the hotel is its location because it is very close to the pedestrian area and to the subway.

Basically a good hotel with pleasant breakfasts. However, we were given only one towel for a room with two people and when we went to reception to request further towels we were refused - I can't imagine that in any other hotel.

Fairly well located, helpful English-speaking staff and good breakfast. Room a bit small but was clean and had everything we needed. Reception staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for our onward journey. Not sure whether we'll visit Almaty again but would happily use this hotel again if we did.
