Great location, super friendly staff, nice breakfast. Walking distance to the pedestrian street and restaurants and bars. Parking availAble directly at the hotel. Nice view to the river from the room. Highly recommend and we might come back as well.

Great place to stay! Wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and had one of the suites. Large room with large bathroom and the staff is outstanding! They went out of their way to make us feel at home and help us with anything, like reservations at local restaurants, called drivers for us that were booked by our travel agent. I cannot say enough great things about our visit and experience here. Beautiful place and literally a 5 min walk to everything and place you want to see. I highly recommend staying here. There is only 1 small complaint that people had and that’s parking and entering the parking lot. It’s very narrow and small, we didn’t have to worry about it due to having drivers bring us there and pick us up but I would suggest if you drive here don’t bring a larger vehicle.

Really elegant hotel with great parking. Service was elegant. Room comfy. Breakfast good. I recommend having a glass of Chinon red in the courtyard out front. Very short walk to old town which has great restaurants, chateau. Lovely place to stay in the Loire valley. Room up top (we had) has Loire view.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful and attentive. We arrived early by private driver and were greeted with a very warm, welcoming reception. Room was not yet ready and we had a private tour about an hour after we arrived. They took our luggage and put it away and also took it to our room. Lady that was helping us ( I unfortunately do not remember her name) made us a great snack and gave us great recommendations for dinner and also called for reservations. Our room was so nice ( it was one of the 2 suites) the suite was large, very clean and had a huge bathroom. The staff deserve a huge 5 star rating. This place is a must if staying in Amboise.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in October and couldn't have been happier. Our accomodation was a two room spacious suite with beautiful views of the surrounding area including the Castle d'Amboise. Each morning we enjoyed a good breakfast downstairs before heading out to explore the Loire Valley. Everyone who works here is kind, helpful and friendly. We are already talking about returning next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Disappointed no idea how this is 5 star on arrival you can’t take luggage across car park as it’s gravel so have to carry heavy suitcases not a good start . Check was not very welcoming the young staff had no eye contact or personality . Room looked shabby and mould in the shower but was hot and nice towels at least . toilet area looked cheap with a grey flooring and white toilet it looked like a hospital bathroom very disappointed. Toilet took ages to fill up after a flush . Woken at 5.30 as room was too hot no air con as it’s set at 20c and sunlight was coming in .. Food in the lobby to purchase was fish soup , crisps , pate nothing that you could make a meal with so go into town the restaurant with flags of country’s language and translations ( forgot its name ) was excellent great burger friendly staff and food price 16 euro for the homemade burger . Breakfast was 7.15 - 10.15 ( strange times )

Stayed here overnight but I wish we had had more time. Such a great location with ample parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Such a beautiful place to visit. Amboise is a fabulous town to visit and there is a restaurant in the town which serves gluten free galettes which are amazing, sorry I can’t remember the name but definitely worth a visit. We sat outside the hotel in the courtyard watching the sunset and the hot air balloons passing by. Such a magical time.
