Chaque voyageur trouve ou pas...ce qu'il vient y chercher... Je vous souhaite d'y trouver ce que vous attendiez. Ce ne fût pas notre cas.Un bel emplacement et un site internet laissaient présager le meilleur. Nos besoins d'ordre, d'accueil, de soin que nous avons l'habitude de trouver depuis 20 ans de voyage en chambres d'hôtes, ne furent pas contentés. Des recommandations, une piscine pas ouverte le matin et après 19h même en temps de canicule, un jardin pas soigné...Beaucoup de négligence. Cela ne correspondait pas du tout au x prestations que nous avons eu l'habitude de trouver pour ce prix par nuit. Amboise est une très jolie petite ville.

Petit déjeuner copieux et possibilité de pique-niquer dans le parc. Cependant très déçus! L’entretien de cette propriété laisse beaucoup à désirer. Même si les chambres sont propres le mobilier (fauteuil, rideaux…) ne l’est pas toujours. La végétation du parc si beau est très peu entretenue. Il y a un désordre sans nom et la piscine semble grande sur la photo mais ne l’est pas en réalité. De plus les consignes reçues au préalable sont écrites sur un ton peu aimable qui laisse un gros à priori avant même d’arriver. Bref, le prix est excessif par rapport aux prestations.

Nous avons séjourné dans le gîte Idéal pour famille 2 adultes avec 2 enfants (6 et 10 ans nous concernant) Gîte au top : espaces optimisés - Belle salle de bain spacieuse ! 2 vraies chambres - et décoration faite avec bcp de goût. Accès au jaccuzzi. Et à tout le parc avec salons de jardin, poules en liberté, moutons … et fleurs superbes Hôtes charmants. Croissants déposés devant la porte le matin. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région ! Un vrai Havre de paix entre 2 visites de château !

Un peu à l'écart d'Amboise, nous sommes bien chez l'habitant : il faut passer dans leur salon pour accéder aux chambres. C'est plutôt agréable de pouvoir échanger avec les propriétaires qui connaissent bien les alentours et l'histoire de la région. Facile pour stationner et wifi convenable. Les chambres sont propres et la literie de qualité. Le bémol est l'horaire du petit déjeuner. Au plus tard à 8h45, c'est un peu tôt pour un séjour de visite et de détente. S'il est bon, le petit-déjeuner est un peu frugal. Autre point négatif : l'insonorisation. Nous sommes chez l'habitant et cela est très bien, mais dommage d'être réveillés à 6h30 par leurs activités. En résumé, la prestation est bien mais un peu excessive pour le niveau proposé Dernier point : Il est possible de voir la pagode après quelques minutes de marche

Nous y sommes allés en famille avec nos 3 filles en bas age et avons été très bien accueilli. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants & aux petits soins. Le gite dans lequel nous avons dormi (séparé de la maison principale) est parfait : confortable, propre, moderne. Je recommande à 100%
