The hotel was gud, but sub- 3 star. Bathrooms were not cleaned, bedsheets were also dirty and had hair. Floors were not properly cleaned, were just wiped.
But, i guess, all hotels are like this in pehalgam side, so it was decent enough. Food was good, people are nice, they speak so soft and sweet to you and family. Overall, wasnt bad experience if you havent stayed in 4-5 star hotels

Nice Place but far from Market area, Everthing is great, Staff and owner is very Polite and CO-OPERATIVE, One thing that water is a problem if filter water is Provided the iw would be excellent. Otherwise Exceptional hospitality.

Rooms were worn down, unclean and dirty. We found big bunch of hair in tea cups and used spoon upon checkin. Floor was unclean. Housekeeping staff didn’t do a thing even after pointing it out. Average food. Staff keeps insisting on tips for doing their jobs.

Location is not good and rooms are very small and smelly, multiple problem in bathrooms and limited centralised heating room. That should be 1 star hotel but quoted 3 star to them self. ...few staff of restaurant is good

It was nice to have the heated rooms in the cold. Hot water was available 24/7. Food was good. Location is nice.
