Reception: The staff at the reception were incredibly courteous and always ready to assist with any requests during my stay. Rooms: The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, making my stay very pleasant. Breakfast and Restaurant Services: The breakfast offered a great variety and high quality, and the dinner dishes were delicious and well-prepared. Services and Common Areas: The common areas were well-maintained, and the parking was convenient. SPA/Wellness Centre: The wellness centre was a relaxing haven, and the staff were professional and attentive during treatments.

Amazing staff, delicious food and customer service on the high level. Everything was perfect. Staff was always smiling and ready to help us. Very comfortable bed, spacious and well equipped room. Ski lift just in front of the hotel - perfect location.

We loved the hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and catered very well to a group of 10 children and adults of a variety of ages. The location is perfect, right in the centre and just a few steps away from the gondola. The pool and spa was absolutely perfect after a long day on the slopes. The food was delicious, the bar staff were fabulous, lovely giorgia looked after us very well along with our cheerful waiter at dinner. thanks for a great stay, I would defiantly come back to this hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questo hotel con due bimbi piccoli bimba di 4 anni e neonato di 4 mesi ; ci siamo trovati molto bene . Hotel con tanti servizi dalla piscina con acqua calda al baby club . Personale ottimo gentile e disponibile ; posizione eccellente di fronte agli impianti di risalita e a due passi sia al campo scuola per bambini che al centro del paese

Siamo stati in questo albergo qualche anno fa e ne conservavamo ottimi ricordi. Siamo tornati dopo qualche anno e, incredibilmente, è persino migliorato! Il centro benessere è ancora più bello, la piscina è splendida, e l’atmosfera è perfetta per rilassarsi. Si sta bene, si mangia benissimo, le camere sono nuove, pulite e ben organizzate. E poi, la gentilezza delle sorelle che lo gestiscono fa davvero la differenza. Dai, non andare da nessun’altra parte! Non vedo l’ora che inizi la prossima stagione sciistica per tornare. Prezzi un po’ alti, ma assolutamente meritati.

ottima struttura, pulitissima, buona cucina, ottima colazione dove trovi praticamente di tutto, personale di sala e wellness molto attento e professionale.Posizione eccellente, di fronte agli impianti, skiroom con armadietti super top.Materasso nella nostra stanza molto rigido.Spa veramente bella, ben gestita e piuttosto riservata, interessanti i pacchetti offerti. Solo 2 suggerimenti per un 4 stelle: manca uno spazio per il dopo cena con qualche divanetto per una bevuta e conversazione tra amici (l'ambiente adiacente al bar è troppo piccolo per il n. di camere). il dover spostare la vettura in parcheggi esterni il giorno di partenza per chi scia qualche ora anche quel giorno è veramente singolare (quantomeno non mi era mai successo in tanti anni di vacanze sulla neve) e certamente poco pratico Nel complesso cmq veramente una bella struttura!

È stato il soggiorno migliore che io abbia mai provato! Ci siamo sentiti coccolati sin dal primo istante, personale fantastico, cucina davvero buona, superiore ai ristoranti della zona,servizi offerti al di sopra delle aspettative, struttura bellissima e posizione perfetta. Tutto magnifico!
