We stayed in this hotel few times and its very clean, staff are so friendly, overall its great place to stay

Gitmeden önce otel açıklamasını ve konaklayan kişilerin yorumlarını kontrol ettim ve evlilik cüzdanı şartı olduğu yazmıyordu gidince anlamsız bir. Şekilde evlilik cüzdanı soruldu. Bir turist çift gelse onlara da sorulacak mıydı? Hayır sorulmayacaktı. Sorun çözüldü ama sorulması dahi hataydı. Daha sonra sabah sorduğumda saat 13.00 te giriş yapabilirsiniz dendi saat 13.10 civarı gittiğimde farklı bir kişi 14.00 te giriş yapıldığınu söyledi. Daha sonra ben uygulamada böyle yazıyor ve sabah bana 13.00 dendi diye diretince birdenbire boş oda piyasaya çıktı ve bize o odayı verdiler. Yani sözün özü tutarsız personeller ve tutarsız bir işletme

Gece yarısı giriş yaptık oldukça ilgili ve nazik bir karşılama oldu.1 gece kalıp şehirden ayrılacaktık.Bagajlarımızı emanete aldıkları için çıkış yapmış olsak da şehri rahatlıkla gezdik.Yardımcı olduklqrı için teşekkür ederiz

Bad experience at Asal Hotel
The air conditioning not working on the room and I asked the reception for helping but they don't care about it because they received the money for the room and I checked out to go to another place
