"The hotel's location is truly excellent, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the room was a major issue. Right from the first day, the bathroom wasn't clean, and despite our daily requests, cleaning was always postponed to the next day. The room was only cleaned once, on the last day – meaning only a single time during our four-day stay. Meanwhile, the trash bins were overflowing, towels weren't changed (we had to ask for fresh ones), and we even ran out of toilet paper. This felt like a clear case of neglect by the cleaning staff. It's a shame, as with better housekeeping, our stay would have been significantly more enjoyable."

The only thing was that the dental kit given was used. The plastic bag in which the toothbrush was put had water inside it and the toothpaste was open and used since it didnt have the metal protection cap"

"As a family we used to visit Bilkent Otel quite often, but most probably this was the last time. The Hotel used to be one of the best hotels in the city but unfortunately now it needs significant renovations. I am attaching some photos of the room we stayed in, I think a picture is worth a thousand words! As their prices are almost equal to most of the 5 star hotels in the city, I think it isn't worth staying here anymore."

"Simply INCREDIBLE. It's a GREAT HOTEL you'll always want to return to. I especially request this hotel for our group getaways. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very tidy. The general spaces are very stately, well-maintained, practical, and comfortable. The dining rooms and restaurants are impeccable, with a variety typical of a hotel of this category. The spa is excellent. Nothing else to add, just go. And to add to the benefits, it's 300 meters from the city's most important shopping area. I hope we'll be able to stay at this hotel again on our group getaway in May 2025."
