我是10月22日訂24日的大床房結果點錯了訂成22號晚上的當時我還在騰沖，衹好和前台聯繫，最後同意我24日入住，同時我又訂了兩間，昨晚一行五人順利入住酒店，酒店衞生.乾淨，前台服務態度好，並推薦附近的清真牛肉館吃晚飯，這家餐館的菜也很好吃，真正的價廉物美！在這裏感謝柏維亞酒店的老闆和前台的美女小姐姐！從南京來雲南旅遊很開心。

房間乾淨整潔，床鋪也很舒服，睡了個好覺。衞生間沒有異味，各種設施都很齊全，用起來很順手。
服務也特別好。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住和退房的速度都很快。有什麼問題諮詢他們，也都能耐心地解答。酒店的價格也比較合理，性價比挺高的。總之，下次如果有機會還會選擇這家酒店。

房間寬敞明亮，安靜宜居，室內設施齊全，房間佈置得十分温馨舒適，床鋪柔軟整潔，一覺醒來感覺精力充沛。房間內衞生狀況極佳，每一個角落都一塵不染，洗漱用品配備齊全且品質優良。
