"Nestled halfway up the mountain, I initially thought this would be an older hotel, but upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised! The room was incredibly spacious, and the bedding was excellent, far exceeding my expectations. The balcony offered mountain views and even had a private hot spring tub. Soaking in it while listening to the rain on a rainy day was incredibly relaxing. They also provide fresh fruit in the room daily! The main hot spring area is a 'forest hot spring' with a fantastic ambiance. It was uncrowded on a weekday, which made for a very peaceful and enjoyable experience."

"I've stayed in Vienna at least 10 times, but this time I'm truly speechless. I checked in at 1 PM, having booked a superior double room for 257 RMB per night through Ctrip. The receptionist said they were busy these days, and the only room I could get was 1401 next to the elevator. I said okay, I often stay near elevators too. Well, after finishing my errands and returning to sleep, I found a motor right behind my bed, making noise all night long, making it impossible to sleep. Why didn't they mention this beforehand? How can a normal person sleep with that noise? For this price, I'm speechless. I was going to extend my stay, but forget it, I won't be coming back."

"Anning Hot Spring Conference Center is my absolute favorite hotel! My husband and I started coming here right after we got married, and back then it was pretty quiet. Fast forward to now, and our little one is four years old, and he loves it just as much as we do. The room is clean and comfy, and the private in-room hot spring tub is super spacious. There's plenty of room for me and my child to soak together, and he can even splash around freely. The hot spring water quality is excellent. The outdoor pools are also very well-maintained; staff take advantage of meal times when fewer guests are around to drain and scrub them clean, keeping them spotless. We've been returning regularly, from our two-person world to now a family of three, and the experience has always been consistently great. It's perfect for a family hot spring getaway, and our whole family absolutely adores it."

"To be honest, good is good, and bad is bad. Environment: Excellent, the view is fantastic. Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly. Cleanliness: Absolutely a mess. Aside from the tables and corners everywhere, the air conditioner was so dirty I didn't dare turn it on. When I did, it shed dust and was incredibly noisy, and freezing at night. Facilities: The initial design was clearly good, but lack of maintenance resulted in almost everything being in a dilapidated state. The windows had no handles and were very difficult to close properly. None of the shower heads worked properly; they sprayed randomly and were unusable. The door couldn't be locked from the inside (the latch and the latch weren't aligned), so I had to prop it open with a chair. The light strip was half-hanging, the wardrobe was broken horizontally, and in short, everything was damaged. Summary: Aside from the nice view, everything else was terrible. I couldn't sleep well, and the overall experience was extremely poor."

When booking, the official photos made the rooms look large and bright, with great views, and I was a little worried it might be a case of "photo deception." However, after checking in, I found that the room, layout, and view were exactly the same as the pictures, with absolutely no disappointment. This honest business practice is highly commendable. The service experience was equally impeccable. The staff were friendly and truly answered all my questions. Whether I was asking about tourist attractions or needing toiletries, their responses were always quick, providing clear and helpful answers promptly, making me feel very relaxed and respected. The stay was a perfect blend of "active" and "tranquil": * Convenient transportation: Located in the city center, taxis are very easy to find. • Quiet Environment: Although located on a street, the room is excellently soundproofed. More importantly, we couldn't find a single staff member. The villa costing over a thousand yuan had broken bathrooms and everything else. No one lived nearby; it was eerie and unsettling."

"I want to complain about the terrible attitude of the front desk staff at this hotel. Maybe it's because it's a state-owned enterprise, so they don't lack guests? This is the first time in years I've encountered such rude staff. I left in a hurry and left two bottles of shampoo, one large and one small, in the bathroom of my room. I called and asked them to pick them up for safekeeping until I could get them later. The staff member told me they hadn't found them. I asked her to ask the cleaning lady that day, but she was extremely impatient, saying they hadn't found them and then hung up. I'm so impressed! State-owned enterprise employees are awesome! It's okay if I don't want the items, can't they just talk to me nicely? Their attitude was incredibly arrogant. What a lack of manners!"

Whatever my request, it was always resolved swiftly and professionally, a highly efficient response that gave me a great sense of security. My City View King Room was spacious and well-laid out; two large suitcases could easily be laid out. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the attention to detail in hygiene was impeccable. The most surprising thing was its soundproofing. This is probably the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in amidst the hustle and bustle. The view from the window is of a busy main road with constant traffic, but once the windows are closed, the room instantly becomes quiet. I can only see the flowing city lights, but hear almost no annoying noise. Despite the heavy traffic, the sound is effectively blocked out, not affecting my sleep or rest at all – a truly rare find. The convenience is impeccable: * Easy access: Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is very convenient; there's practically no waiting. • Delicious food is readily available: A wide variety of takeout options are available with fast delivery; a small commercial area is right next door with a wide range of restaurants. This stay was absolutely perfect, truly achieving "bustling city life outside, tranquility inside," making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travel."
