不知道酒店是搞什麼，昨天辦理入住的時候特意問了酒店明早幾點可以游泳，工作人員説是他們是夜裡換水，早上八點就可以正常游泳，下午還專門買了小朋友玩水的玩具，結果早上去到泳池，工作人員説是維修，把水全部放了，我就想説那檢修不能提前通知一下住客嗎？如果知道是這種，那我都直接取消行程了，體驗感極差，服務做的也不到位！大半夜的有那種大貨車一直間隔鳴喇叭，聲音巨響，好像是工地施工🚧那樣，哎，滿心歡喜和期待，換來的衹是服務員一句微弱的對不起，那請問我被欺騙的內心和失去的時間，就衹換來三個字💔

酒店就在螳螂川邊上，房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨。床品柔軟舒適，衞生間設施齊全且乾淨衞生，淋浴水的温度和水壓都很穩定，温泉水滑洗凝脂，“天下第一湯”不負盛名。
酒店的服務人員態度熱情周到，從辦理入住到退房，每一個環節都讓人感受到了貼心的服務。有任何問題向他們反映，都能得到及時有效的解決，讓人感覺賓至如歸。
當然，酒店也有一些小的不足之處。比如本來泡温泉就會大量喝水，飲用水就該無限量提供，不該收費，住過的酒店那麼多，現在超過酒店提供飲用水就收費的酒店已經不多見了。希望酒店能加以改進。但總體來説，這些小問題並不影響此次的住宿體驗，下次有機會還會選擇這家酒店。

一個環境不錯的酒店，早上在院子的樹上還看到松鼠，我們定的帶泡池的房間，泡池水很大，幾分鐘就可以放🈵水，而且放水次數不限，雖然我們也衹是放了兩次水，但相較於其他酒店衹能放一次水的規定好太多了～房間設施確是有些陳舊，浴室的門晦澀難拉，床墊讓人睡得渾身難受～從房間陽台拉開門就可以到游泳池邊，泳池的水是温水，周圍也有幾個露天泡池，游泳後去泡澡很方便～但是泳池的小童區域的水面上飄着些葉子，和個頭很大的蟲子，就有點嚇人～也不知道多長時間換一次水～泳池水最淺的地方有1.2，對初學者有點不友好～

我想説的這個酒店前台服務人員態度實在太惡劣了，可能是國企的原因吧，不缺客人？我這麼多年第一次遇到這樣粗暴的服務人員。本人離店是因為匆忙，在該酒店房間洗漱間遺落了一大一小兩瓶洗髮水，打電話希望她們幫我收起代為保管，我抽空去拿。哪知服務人員告訴我説沒見，我請請她問一下當天清房阿姐，服務人員態度十分不耐煩，順處理不了就是沒見。然後直接掛機。真是服了！國企員工就是牛啊！東西我不要了也沒關係，好好説話不行嗎？這態度實在是太過囂張了。真是缺少教養！

不會再來！早餐超過90cm的孩子要被收費！訂房時沒有説，入住沒有説。進餐廳直接扣按金，這種早餐怪敢收孩子費的！寫着10點收餐，九點半工作人員就開始口頭催促並且告知要收餐，告知餐具用完沒有洗出來。浴袍無法提供也是用完了。沒有承載這麼多人入住的能力就不要賣這麼多房。小泡池温度基本高於40度，工作人員告知不要看温度計，温度計不準。
