房間非常滿意，環境優美，睡覺時非常寧靜。温泉水真的很好。前台服務小姐姐工作認真。工作人員落力幫忙，提行李箱上二樓。

外地遊客到此，無非是要泡温泉和看景點，前提是要抵達很方便和吃飯有保障。昆明站有客運專線車（17元）直達安寧客運站，出站後到馬路對面的公交站，乘坐安寧公交28路（2元）抵達“温泉廣場公交站”，下車步行200多米即到本店。本店的早餐安排在“安寧温泉會議中心二樓宴會廳”。早餐非常棒，妥妥的星級酒店檔次，所以遊客下單時太應該選擇包含早餐的房型了，否則本店附近都是賓館酒店幾乎沒有單獨經營的餐飲店，你的早餐就會有麻煩。本店後院就是“天下第一湯”温泉，有多種消費方式，遊客可按需選用。旅遊景點，本店不遠處就有“温泉摩崖石刻羣”和多座名人別墅，而“曹溪寺”和“雲南佛學院”則需步行約2公里才行。

房間比較老舊，但是乾淨整潔，住的舒服，停車方便，隔壁就是天下第一湯，一樓也有温泉，兩處是一家，非常方便

房間較小，乾淨整潔，環境幽靜。泡温泉很方便，下樓即到。房間門10秒鐘都打不開，衞生間熱水10分鐘都出不來。賓館的名字已脱落，有足夠的年代感。經濟實惠，復古懷舊。

去年住了山上的金方温泉酒店，和山下的温泉賓館會議中心，今年住這個温泉賓館一號樓100多，性價比也還OK。沒有空調，但是其實用不上，空氣非常好，氣温合適。沒有電梯，行李要提上去。不同房間的景觀差別有點大。我住的這間很好。紗窗關不緊，沒有空調不可能關窗，所以要服務員全部用透明膠貼了一圈。衞生間乾濕分開 但是沒有地巾，也沒有紙巾，衹有
