Terrible, terrible hotel, more than 400 a night, we had 3 rooms, one of which had a broken central air conditioner, which was very comical, the two parent-child rooms did not provide slippers, you need to call to ask for them, you have to buy more than 2 bottles of mineral water, the worst thing is the breakfast, there is absolutely nothing to eat, and for eggs each person has to go and get one in person, for fear that you will eat one more, there is absolutely no food around, it is a deserted place, the so-called hot spring is just water from a boiler, two very small pools. In the morning, my family and I put our luggage in the car. The front desk saw us carrying a lot of bags and asked me to return the room card immediately. I said we hadn't had breakfast yet. She said returning the room card would not affect the meal. Can I put down the luggage first? She was so anxious. I was speechless. This is the first time I gave a bad review to this hotel.
