"The young lady at the front desk was so charming and friendly, which immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. The hotel is conveniently located close to the scenic area's secondary ticket office, just a short drive away. If you need a ride to the scenic area, just let the front desk know in advance, and a young man will drive you in a commercial van. The rooms are all quite nice (the photos show an upgraded room type). Food delivery is also available. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it has all the essentials. The hotel itself is quite new and they even provide disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. If I had to mention any downsides, they would be: 1. Could you please open the windows in unoccupied rooms? When I checked in, the windows were all closed, and it felt a bit stuffy. 2. Aside from the front desk staff, it would be nice if other employees could at least offer a smile when they encounter guests. (On the day I checked in, I saw an older lady, whom I'm guessing might be the owner's mom? Maybe not, but she looked quite stern, haha.)"

The room was spotlessly clean and tidily maintained, with a very stylish design. The window view was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was abundant and included local specialties. You could feel the thoughtful, human-centered design in every detail, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Anshun."
