酒店前台服務很熱情，尤其是賓客管理員何美更是周到，提供當地的美食和特色小吃等情況。客房乾淨整潔，設施完整好用，酒店周邊交通便利，地下停車出入方便。安順城市建設很不錯，也是一座可以旅居的城市，下次還會再來並住在這家帶有温泉的酒店。

酒店的温泉應該是整個安順市最好的，泡了以後身上很舒服很好睡覺，但是房間的地板一有就吱嘎吱嘎的響，酒店衹有一個電梯也不太方便。位置也非常好，就在古城和水庫旁邊，帶娃值得一宿，但是設施確實衹是一般的水平，要求高的可以住對面然後過來泡温泉，但是主要響泡温泉的住這個還是方便。
