Merhaba öncelikle otelde ayrılan oda inanılmaz kötüydü. Standart oda almışsınız diyerek bize hizmetli odası verdiler. İtiraz edince bir tık daha farklı bir odaya geçirdiler ama o odada berbattı. Normalde pazar günü çıkış yapmamız gerekirken çarşamba günü çıkış yapmak zorunda kaldık. Hizmet ve oda o kadar kötü ki başka bir otele geçmek zorunda kaldık. Ve parayı iadesi de alamadık tam dört günümüz çöp oldu. Odalar pis ve eski. Kahvaltıda bekleyen malzemeleri her gün yeniden çıkarıyorlar gibi bir hava vardı. Zaten sineklerden yemeye fırsat kalmadı. Masa altlarında öyle böcekler vs vardı. Aklı olan asla otele gelmez. Resmen paramızla rezil oluyorsunuz. Görevliler hiç kurumsal değil ve inanılmaz paspallardı.

I booked a room yesterday, but due to Ctrip, I couldn't stay until 5:30 this morning. Moreover, the hotel service was so bad. The front desk treated us with an unwelcoming tone, and the hotel facilities were also extremely poor, which made everyone feel very bad. This is a very average hotel. The rooms are clean but very basic. No kettle in room, and notices to say that food and drinks purchased outside of the hotel will become the property of the hotel... There is loud music playing nearby until 3.30am everyday and as a light sleeper this was not great. I had a balcony that looked across to the side of a building. Once. after closing the patio door to the balcony when sitting outside, I found that the door had locked on its own, fortunately I had my phone with me so I googled the hotel and called to asked to be rescued. I was a B&B guest but the breakfast, served in another property, was of a very low quality and its was empty each day. Fine for toast but nothing else. No one used the pool while I was there. I would say shop around, I won't be coming back.
