I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly considerate and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. A special thank you to 邹明 and 小张 for going above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! The room was quite good and warm. There are outdoor hot springs and indoor ones. But the management is not good. Someone actually smoked in the indoor hot springs and I stopped them. I didn't go to breakfast and didn't get up. The room layout is quite good. The room service I ordered tasted good and the service was also good. The pot-fried pork and roast duck were very good. The stone pot bibimbap was very fragrant. They also gave me ginseng soap, which was very good. Wash your face and body.

The standard room I booked for a trip to Changbai Mountain is located in the Erdaobaihe factory area. It is about 4 kilometers to the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and you can get there by taxi for 14 yuan. Hotels here are more expensive during the peak tourist season. Most 3-star chain hotels in the same period cost between 500-700 yuan. I booked a special room for 380 yuan, which originally did not include breakfast. However, the hotel manager was very enthusiastic and gave me breakfast and hot spring bath, as well as ginseng soap as a souvenir. The room is very warm and large, and there is hair on the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. It may not be suitable for guests with high hygiene requirements, because the bathroom hygiene is average, and the bedding is hygienic and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast and didn't comment on it. The hot spring bath is very unique. In the cold winter of minus 20 degrees, the outdoor hot spring is a very special experience. Overall, it is very cost-effective and the experience is very special.

Very beautiful area, close to the north gate. The girl at the front desk is very nice and attentive. We contacted the hotel a week before arrival because I don't know Chinese. The girl constantly helped, through a translator built into the WeChat application. Hot springs are amazing. The hotel staff is very caring and attentive. The VIP service was very pleased, because there were a lot of people. I recommend you book this hotel to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery. I want to come back here again!

The windows in the room are not normal size or position. The hotel is in a small road and there are no street lights at night. There is a hot spring in the hotel. When I went there at night, the service staff specially raised the water temperature, which made it very comfortable to soak in.

The check-in experience was very good! The hotel called to make an appointment for the high-speed rail station pick-up one day in advance. The driver Wang Yan was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. On the way to the hotel, he took us through the Genting Market and the Merganser Park. He introduced these two attractions to us in advance, so that we didn't even have to make a guide! In the next few days, we said we wanted to go to the Edelweiss Park, and he sent us there for free; we said we wanted to go ice fishing, and he also picked us up for free. He enthusiastically helped us make an appointment for the car to go to Xueling! When we arrived at the hotel, both the concierge who opened the door and the front desk who checked in were polite! The room is very large, the bathroom and toilet are separated, and there is a bathtub that children like! There are also super large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the snowman army outside the window is unobstructed! The hotel has a large back garden with a lot of snow and piles very high, so children can play in the snow without leaving the house. In the morning, there are twos and threes of alpacas jumping in the snow, and you can go to the front desk to get carrots for free to feed them! Erdaobai River passes through the hotel. Through the corridor to the opposite side of the river is the hotel's hot spring area, which has several hot springs of different sizes, and there is also a popular iron pot stew, which is really unique in style! The hotel's breakfast is Cantonese style, with siu mai, xiaolongbao, steamed spare ribs, steamed chicken feet, fried rice noodles, etc. There are not many varieties, but it is very friendly to us Cantonese people! Lunch and dinner can be solved in the hotel's Shaojiu tube, the product is very good, special roast chicken, special braised butterfly fish, Northeast pig-killing dishes, Rensen pigeon soup, fresh lamb skewers and many other choices. We stayed for four nights and had dinner here every night. The dishes we ordered were different every night, and the taste was great! Chef Qin is very nice. He gave us some extra free dishes every night, from Changbai Mountain wild vegetables to peanuts for drinking, and he gave them away at hand! I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and so far Erdaobaihe is the one I am most satisfied with in Zhihe!

I went out to play with my friends. She had stayed at this hotel before and said it was very good, so we didn’t hesitate to book again. It really didn’t disappoint me. Not only was it clean, the service was in place, but the scenery was very good. There were some play facilities in the scenic area. We stayed in the scenic spot for a day and took pictures, very relaxing! I am going to Changbai Mountain today. I will bring my family to play and live here next time. It is highly recommended!

Tianchi is far down the mountain. Primitive forest. There is an unfinished building in the hotel. I don’t know what it is used for. It is far from the town. It is recommended to rent a car. Everyone has dinner and goes back to the hotel. You can set off fireworks in the town. The price of fireworks is expensive. The special iron pot stew takes a long time to wait.
