I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly considerate and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. A special thank you to 邹明 and 小张 for going above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is rich, there are many hot spring pools, and fruit plates and essential oil soaps are given as gifts. The experience is good and it is well received!

The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

I originally wanted to book Hilton, but later I found out that there are mountain villas here, which is great for our family of 12! I like this place for its cost-effectiveness and humanization. The front desk is very friendly. I called several times before going, and they all understood my doubts. Food: 1. The welcome fruit is very rich. 2. The breakfast is rich, and the salad is very suitable for Guangzhou's stomach. I haven't eaten vegetables for a few days. 3. The chef of the hotel restaurant is very popular with me. Jiangmi chicken must be tried. The portion is large and the chicken tastes fragrant. The disadvantage is that the ribs are refrigerated meat and not fresh. The waiter is indifferent and is playing with his mobile phone. There is no takeaway nearby, and the delivery starts at 500. The hotel restaurant is a little expensive. Play: 1. It takes three minutes to walk to the hot spring, which is very convenient, but the hardware is five-star and the service is three-star. I asked the front desk of the hot spring if the car has arrived, and the answer was: you wait outside! 2. Skiing for three hours and dressing for two hours. Ask the hotel front desk to order ski clothes. It is best to wear them in the hotel in advance. The attitude of the ski resort staff is very good. In addition, when the shuttle bus was leaving, I waited at the gate. When I came back, there was no bus. I asked everyone but couldn’t find it. 3. Changbai Mountain VIP channel, convenient and fast

The standard room I booked for a trip to Changbai Mountain is located in the Erdaobaihe factory area. It is about 4 kilometers to the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and you can get there by taxi for 14 yuan. Hotels here are more expensive during the peak tourist season. Most 3-star chain hotels in the same period cost between 500-700 yuan. I booked a special room for 380 yuan, which originally did not include breakfast. However, the hotel manager was very enthusiastic and gave me breakfast and hot spring bath, as well as ginseng soap as a souvenir. The room is very warm and large, and there is hair on the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. It may not be suitable for guests with high hygiene requirements, because the bathroom hygiene is average, and the bedding is hygienic and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast and didn't comment on it. The hot spring bath is very unique. In the cold winter of minus 20 degrees, the outdoor hot spring is a very special experience. Overall, it is very cost-effective and the experience is very special.

Exceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections. Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

The hotel service is very good, and they will send us to the high-speed rail station. The location is right next to the water rafting, and they also gave us two rafting tickets. It is very convenient to go rafting. It takes only 8 minutes to walk there, so you don’t have to get up too early to queue up! I like their special rooms very much. There is a big iron pot for bathing, and you can also feel the Northeast flavor on the kang. The room is also very large. I like this style very much! The food we brought by ourselves was cold when we arrived at the hotel, and the hotel also helped us heat up all the meals. It was really warm❤️

Great location! ! It is recommended that tourists who come to Erdaobaihe and Beipo come to live in this store. Opposite is the edelnut flower, ten minutes walk to eat in the town, and ten minutes to the Beipo distribution center. It is the center of these three. When I came here, there was a driver who picked up the station. After that, I walked, and it was not difficult to take a taxi when I left. The big problem of traffic is solved. Health is also done well, bath towels are disposable, each floor is particularly warm. The breakfast was full and the food was real every morning. The front desk saw that we brought the children and upgraded to the family room. The service attitude was very good and warm. Travel is very pleasant!

I was very Impressed and overwhelmed by the Service and the friendly hospitality of this place. I was picked up by staff at the train Station, welcomed with a warm cookie, and a Snack in a beautiful bag. Dinner was great, breakfast delicious. Rainy helfen us with the app to book Tickets for the Changbaishan and never tired to answer questions. Particularly wonderful were the Hot springs, relaxen and soothing. I will most definitiv return! Booked the hotel in advance. It is located in Erdaobaihe Town, which is convenient for travel. There is a waiting time for taxis during peak hours. The front desk promptly informed the rights and interests of the location. The service was good 👍👍. If there was a need, it was responded to in a timely manner. However, there was no meal after breakfast time, which was a bit regrettable. There is a park opposite the hotel with good scenery 👍👍. The stay was satisfactory.
