There was blood on the bedsheets. They gave the bedding to guests without washing it. They did not actively treat customers as decorations during follow-up negotiations. From 9.24 to 10.1, they did not contact or negotiate. They pretended to be dead fish and dumped the blame when asked questions. 酒店前台的服務真的非常棒，讓我感到非常温暖和舒適。前台小姐姐笑容甜美，態度熱情，給人一種親切感。前台工作人員非常專業，處理問題迅速而且高效。就是晚上-停水啦！停水啦！ 酒店前台都很友好，讓我感覺像在家裡一樣舒適自在。前台小姐姐給我們提供了很多有用的旅遊訊息和建議，對我們的旅行非常有幫助。 小度語音助手好像不太聰明

這次來長白山，住的民宿真的太棒了！房間佈置得超温馨，設施齊全，乾淨整潔。老闆熱情好客，給我們提供了很多遊玩建議，還幫忙安排交通，特別貼心。民宿位置也佳，周邊景色美，出行方便。在這裏住得舒適又安心，感覺像在家一樣自在，下次來還選這家！

提前在攜程定了兩天的別苑房，到店後前台小姐姐還是挺熱情的，不足的是分給我的房間是沒有小院的，開門還需要拿鑰匙開（就這間需要），沒有地暖的，就一個空調（運轉聲有點大），晚上睡覺冷，而且吵。房間隔音不好，有人從門前走過都呢聽見。洗澡間地漏下水慢，洗個澡水能留到客廳裏，聯繫前台後找人來修理了，沒有保潔來打掃第二天早上房門結冰了，希望能統一所以房間的配置。
