服務態度很好，衞生情況也很好，我們提前到了，但是正好有空房就給我們進去了，也沒有另外收錢，後來幾天都是在這個酒店住的，沒有拍酒店的照片，就上傳在天池看到的美景吧。

酒店位置便利，周邊交通便捷。步行幾分鐘就可以到達商業區和景點小孫熱情服務！
房間在1樓，超方便，因為就在洗衣房旁邊，洗衣服多方便。

房間全智能的。位置到哪裡都比較方便。服務很好。管家劉碩很貼心哦。是個不錯的小夥子呢。我叫了外賣機器人太慢了。小夥子親自送上來的。整體還是很滿意的。住了三天。接機服務少去了很多煩惱呢。因為長白山真的很不容易打車。

房間很寬敞，地理位置也很棒。去魔界漂流很近，從酒店7點半出發也看到了霧凇～酒店附近餐廳也比較多，鐵鍋燉 高麗火盆之類的

酒店地理位置很好，距離北坡車程就十多分鐘離得很近，周邊環境不錯，酒店後面一條街有很多餐廳可供選擇，不用擔心到處找吃的～酒店還有智能機器人可以給你送外賣送水，很方便～
房間和圖片基本一致，沒有説很照騙，房間乾淨整潔沒有奇怪的味道，暖氣也挺足很暖和，不會冷～
房間很智能化，開關燈開關窗簾電視都可以呼叫小度，沒事兒就呼叫小度玩兒哈哈哈哈哈～
酒店大堂有可以包車叫車的服務，去哪兒玩兒需要用車真的超級方便，我們當天去西坡臨時給我們找到包車，太感謝了！！而且你想去玩兒滑雪漂流也都可以找他們，非常方便！！！
總體真的挺滿意的，環境衞生，房間打掃乾淨舒適，設施方便，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度也都很好，包車叫車服務再贊哈，真的太方便了～

來長白山旅遊，住在二道白河吃飯比較方便，酒店比較新，設施齊全，位置出行都比較方便，附近都是商業街，酒店管家于敏小姐姐比較貼心，服務槓槓滴！

環境：離周邊一些打卡點都很近，背面就是一條吃的街
服務：非常周到客氣，沒有連續訂到家庭房，還幫我們留意有沒有空房幫忙協助調整，一直在解答問題
特別誇獎小陳，很有耐心，我們出門的早，中途換房間幫我們把行李箱換到新的房間，一些零碎的東西也幫我們收拾了
還有張艷萍，臨走的時候給我們整理箱子
