When we checked in at around 3pm, we were told that we couldn't check in and we had to wait about an hour and a half before we could check in. The front desk tried to comfort us, but the toilet was wet when we entered the door, there were unknown hairs on the pillow, the tissues were folded randomly, and we had to urge the humidifier to be delivered again and again. The overall experience was really not good.
